We purchased 3 bushels of crabs for a family gathering. We needed to pick them up them up Saturday June 25th. Eastport a Rockin had the streets closed to get to Wild Country. Pat had to wheel the crabs about two blocks to meet us. The crabs were heavy and delicious. Thanks for great crabs and customer service.
Great food, prices and service. Excellent crabcakes - a little different than normal but SO GOOD! Definitely will be back!
So, we were planning on going to lunch there, but we were blocked by a street beer event that we would have had to pay for to get there. And we were also told it was carry out only. The next time we plan on driving. This was a wasted trip
After waiting in line at busy, noisy restaurants and bars for a couple of days, my wife and I just wanted something simple and quiet. There's not much to this place. We ate at the picnic table outside. The food was absolutely delicious and the guy running it was super nice. Surprisingly, it might have been our favorite dinner in the area.
We found this place my accident by getting lost in an ally. A bunch of locals where there and i knew it had to be good. if you are looking for a view not here. if you are looking for white table clothes and waiters, not here. if you are interested in great seafood, low prices, clean kitchen, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I have oryster platter and my wife had chicken strip platter for less than 20$ TOTAL. I am used to Gulf Seafood but these are the largest orysters i have ever seen or tasted. They were great. I like to eat my oryster in one byte. Not here but that was OK. If I ever get back to Annapolis we will eat there for sure. YOu might want to check their hours of operation. I think they are only open on week-ends.
Was looking for a quaint seafood place for lunch after walking Annapolis. Was surprised this place wasn’t busy. I know seafood being from commercial fishing family, that being said the crab cakes were AMAZING, lightly breaded shrimp full of flavor and clam strips were awesome as well. Nice sized lunch portions. The younger gentleman welcomed us as the door opened and his polite side kick came out with our hot fresh food. Would definitely recommend to anyone local or otherwise. Left happy and full will definitely return next visit to Maryland.
Best oysters ever! Picked up on Sunday, 1/16/22 when everyone closed shop due to predicted bad weather. Family owned business and true watermen. Purchased 2-dozen on half shell and a pint for fried oysters. The "Patty's Fatty's" oysters were/are amazing. Cocktail sauce and lemons included. A bit hard to to find but worth the additional navigation required to find Wild Country Seafood. We will return throughout the year for more oysters and eventually when crabs are in season.
We stop by and had a wonderful lunch. Fish are so fresh and crispy. I recommend if you are looking for a great seafood experience
Friendly people and delicious crabs! The two of us split 6 extra large crabs for $40, extremely affordable and so juicy. My dad got a side of hush puppies which he said were good, and we both thought their fries were delicious as well. This is a family-run shack and they catch/harvest everything they sell, which I really appreciate. It will probably be a while until I'm back in Annapolis but I'm glad I got to swing by while I'm in town!
Great fresh fried seafood. Outside seating is enjoyable but you can always take it to go and eat by the docks too.
