Was there at 1050. Still breakfast menu up. Guy said he just hadn’t gotten to it yet. So we could only order fries. He said “is that it” we said “yes because we can’t see the menu” he said “ok 11$” like what type of customer service is this. He had an attitude the whole time. We left. Did not buy a thing because of the employee. We will never go here again. Give your employees some training.
To whoever is living in my local area working at this location, how can you clock out of work everyday failing without realizing this regional manager that is supposed to be supporting isnt. Obviously there isnt a useful teenager with any work ethic coming out of cape st. clair or anyother part of the prestigious Broadneck district. get rid of this place and stop supporting this company... i obviously got the clue you dont want to serve people by not taking orders and locking your doors
App says walk-in for mobile pick up open... Not open... App says to push button when 5 minutes out so they prepare food... Pull in - all doors locked, parked in spot that says "mobile order parking" no number to call... Get out of car and am told that's for curbside pick up - sign says mobile order not curbside... Not sure how that place is still in business... It's a disaster EVERY.TIME.
Got food poisoning from this place several years ago. Never again will I dine here. Have a look at the floor, kitchen behind the counter and bathrooms here which will tell you all you need to know. Gross mismanagement is on full display and how this place passes health inspections is beyond me. Buyer beware.
Sat at the drive to cast for 15 minutes before anybody asked me what I wanted to order then took another 20 minutes before I could get my food in the Drive-Thru when they was no other vehicles in front of me
Nasty manager, staff clueless. Not charged correctly, food was wrong (asked for no pickles - written on receipt), manager argued with me when the proof was right in front of her in her receipt (she says my card was charged $2.32 not $8.25), and she tells me “don’t tell me how to do my job!” Well if I don’t tell you how to do your job, then somebody does - because clearly you don’t know what the hell you’re doing! $8 is $8 and when I’m ripped off for it, and told I’m wrong when I’m right, and they are still refusing to give me a refund. Went back 3 times, called corporate, nothing! DONT GO THERE, go to MC Donald’s next door. They know how to ring up an order properly, fill the order properly, and they completely understand customer service especially when the customer is right and they’re wrong! McDonald’s would be jumping through hoops for me right now if they made this mistake. Sorry Dave - but Wendy’s has gone way downhill especially in this location!
Dear Franchisee,You should fire your manager.Front line employees show a level of COMPETENCE given To them by their manager, but managers show the level of CARE and CONSIDERATION a franchisee has for their customers.Your manager today showed NEITHER.Your manager CHOSE to deny myself additional product, to which I offered to pay an additional fee for.When asked about why, (perhaps quantity or company policy) they simply stated “I’m not gonna give you those because I have other customers, and online orders”.Even after asking, how many I was allowed, they responded that I WASNT ALLOWED MY ORDER at all, WITHOUT A SOLUTION offered.As a customer and former restaurant manager I would be livid to hear mistreatment of any of our guests.Happy new year
1454 Whitehall rd Annapolis md.Horrible experience at the drive thru. Upon placing order, lemonade was requested without ice. The drink had ice upon receiving so I asked if I could have one without ice. An African American woman wearing blue started yelling no don’t give her that she can dump it out her damn self and proceeded to argue with the Caucasian gentleman that was assisting me. The lady then came to the window and proceeded to loudly yell we don’t do that here and slammed the drive thru window.Absolute worst experience. Will not recommend this location.
They boast about their hot and crispy fries, they were Luke warm, and not so crispy, the burgers aren't designed to drive and eat...what a mess!
Their computer system crashed and they sent some one out to notify the people in the drive thru that they couldn't take their orders and offered a chance to wait or move on.I found this thoughtful and professional.Their food is always hot and fresh and they have good service and an up to date, clean interior... Unlike many of the Wendy's restaurants in the region.
