My family and I walked in on a random visit noticing the new sign and place. We didn't have a reservation but the staff was so friendly and nice they got us a table outside on the patio right away on a Friday night. Getting past the sticker shock on the menu, the food is legit good. The ambiance is remarkable and the service impeccable. New place with a good vibe and good libations. Be prepared to throw down some dineros but it's worth it for a nice night out.

Met up with a friend for happy hour and were immediately impressed with the aesthetic and ambience of the restaurant. We were pleasantly greeted at the bar and through out the night we each enjoyed the Italian Kiss, Agave Baby, Roses Are Red, and Espresso Martini. All of the drinks were beautifully presented, creatively concocted, and delightful in flavor. But my absolute favorite drink of the night was the Campfire S’mores Martini! We enjoyed a few happy hour appetizers as well. The calamari, prime steak rolls, lobster ravioli, Brussels sprouts, and oysters. Everything came out promptly and was on point! I simply wasn’t a fan of the ketchup sauce served with the rolls, however the rolls themselves were flavorful and cooked to perfection. However, I HIGHLY recommend the crispy honey Dijon Brussels! While the food and drinks were enjoyable, our evening was made better by the incredible staff. The bartender, Tim, was attentive, charismatic, and provided us with an evening full of laughter and great conversation. It’s safe to say we will be back again soon!

I love trying new restaurants and going around and eating food, I am even considering becoming a chef because of how much I love food. This is some of the best food I have ever had, my family is from Italy and this was delicious. The service was some of the best out of any restaurant I have tried. My waitress was Jordan and she was so sweet and kind, she came by just the right amount of times! The whole staff was so friendly. Sheryl at the host stand was so inviting and kind and so pleasant to talk with. You feel so welcomed going here. Michelle I believe was her name was also at the host stand and she always had a smile on her face and was so kind. The experience before getting the food was amazing, and the food was FANTASTIC!!! I got the lobster ravioli and the filet mignon and they were such high quality. The cocktails are fresh and even unique and you can just taste the high quality of ingredients. The desserts were on a different level of good!! I got the beignets and the Funfetti sundae. They were so amazing. The food is worth every penny and I feel amazing after eating. This is going to be a place that I will try to come too whenever I can! I strongly urge anyone to check it out!!

What an incredible restaurant! To start with our server made fantastic suggestions of food and drinks. The broccolini and tuna tartare were delicious. The ginger soy sauce with the tartare was incredible! I had the chicken parmesan. This is going to last me for days. The pasta tasted homemade and the chicken was at the perfect crispness! A friend had the gnocchi with truffle. Not a personal fan of truffle, but the gnocchi was good! I also had the no-no cosmo which had the perfect blend of tart and sweet. For dessert our server, John, suggested the beignet wheel. We got one to share along with the NY Cheesecake. The beignet wheel (6 beignets) with the sauces was excellent! My favorite was the Strawberry sauce. I was rather meh about the Cheesecake. The design of the restaurant inside was gorgeous! Fantastic ambiance! I can't wait to go back with my husband on date night!

Tuscan Prime is a new restaurant in the Town Center looking to make a statement. Immediately upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff and a flashy environment which is followed up by a well rounded menu meant for an extravagant meal. The portions were generous, the staff was courteous, and we were not disappointed in any way. The reason I rated it a 4 out of 5 is due to the individuality of the food not living up to the price. There are comparable restaurants in the area with a lower price point that offer similar menus and experience.

WOW! I highly recommend Tuscan Prime! We went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the owners made us feel very special. The food was amazing, the cocktails were really unique and delicious, the desserts were “out of this world”, and this place had a great vibe!

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and the wait staff definitely made it very special! The atmosphere is very chic and upbeat and the signature drinks were awesome. We got the charcuterie board as an appetizer, chicken parmesan and the short rib bolognese for our entrees, and the cannoli sundae for dessert. Everything was amazing and great portion size too for the price! They even brought out sparklers when our dessert came to celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be coming back!

I normally wouldn't go into a restaurant this soon after opening up, giving some time to work out all the kinks. This, however, was a completely different experience. We had reservations for 8:15, the hostess were friendly and had us seated by 8:20. Our server, Lorenzo, was the highlight of the evening. His service made our visit one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time. As well as the manager and owner coming to the table to check on us. Both of whom were unbelievably friendly and seemed eager to provide an amazing experience. Now onto the food.Through the evening we had two cocktails ( Italian kiss, and the speak easy). Two starters ( charcuterie and grilled octopus). Two dinners ( the ribeye and spicy squid ink linguini). Four sides ( Brussel sprouts, wild mushrooms, asparagus, and truffle fries). We also ordered gnocchi and 3 desserts ( beignets, tiramisu, and chocolate cake)Italian kiss - in my opinion a perfect cocktail. Very refreshing with a subtle pear flavor that wasn't too sweet.Speak easy - it also was a good cocktail not really my type of drink but well balanced and tasty.Charcuterie - a very good pairing of meat and cheese the bread with it was delicious and so was the jam.Grilled octopus - this dish was the surprise of the night. Amazingly crisp and delicious, cooked to perfection and tender. I would give this alone 7 out of 5 stars.Ribeye - had a nice sear on it and was well seasoned. Good flavor, everything you hope for in a "steakhouse" steak.Linguini - this was another one of those "you have to try this" dishes. To start it is simply a very visually appealing dish. The contrast between the seafood and black pasta is gorgeous. With a flavor profile to match. I'd highly recommend it.Wild mushrooms - these were a good side. Nice flavor and texture. The key here is to pair them with the steak. The combination of the two only makes them better.Brussel sprouts - another amazing side, crispy and tender the pine nuts and honey glaze only made it better.Truffle fries - fried perfectly and amazing seasoning, a basket of these and a beer. I'd be content for an hour.Asparagus - eh, they were good, but not special. There wasn't anything that stood out about them. They were background noise to the other sides.GNOCCHI - WOW. I never knew something so simple could be so complex. I couldn't stop going back for these all night. If you don't get these with your dinner, take some to go you will never regret it.Tiramisu/ chocolate cake - I lumped these two together because they suffered the same problem in my opinion. I had high expectations and they didn't meet them. Were they good, yes. Did I eat them, yes. Would I recommend them, no. They were not special in any way and just lacked anything that would bring me back to them.Beignets - this is without a doubt the dessert to get. Best beignets outside of New Orleans hands down. Eat them alone or with the provided sauces. Dip them in coffee it doesn't matter. I guarantee you will eat every bite.

A real treat. We had dinner at Tuscan prime and for the first time since Covid we experienced an entire staff of happy and helpful people. From the very capable bartender, to the informed sommelier, to our fabulous server we were so taken care of. The food was delicious, the drinks were innovative and you must leave room for dessert. Annapolis has a new wonderful spot that is as much a joy to eat in as it is to be in.

We went there last night. The food was good, and we were happy with that. I hope this restaurant can hang in there cause opening a restaurant is tough., especially now a days. Its especially challenging to come in with a "Prime" level restaurant. The price point, and the name of the restaurant imply a level of quality, that well, it just isn't there yet. There are a lot of finer points that I could go over, as regards to front of the house, like getting a caprese salad without balsamic vineger, and then when we asked for it, were told that there wasn't any in the restaurant (which seemed odd for an italian Restaurant) Having to ask several times for wine, butter, and other things. Overall, a very casual atmosphere, and service that was more like casual dining than fine dining. I like fine dining. I know it when I see it. As this restaurant matures, I am hopeful that either it becomes fine dining or it has great happy hour specials that make the price point more relative to the type of dining experience that it is. We will be back for sure, and wish your team nothing but the best.Fortunately, the food was the star of the night, and the chef clearly has a vision. It is pretty likely that things will gel soon.
