The stuff are very friendly, and the drinks are so good, food it is delicious. Everything it’s good..
We’ve dined here ~20 times. At first it was stellar (I definitely recommend dining in, the food is much better fresh, but the take out USED to be almost as good), but the take out has decreased in quality.- the chicken samosas used to be my favorite, but they changed the dipping sauce to practically sour cream with green dye. The sauce most definitely makes or breaks it, but the chicken samosas also tasted like they had freezer burn :7 (it used to be a darker green, but you can see in the picture that it’s super white now)- in restaurant they usually give you 4 pieces of bread with their amazing butter, our last order, they gave us ONE piece of bread. Very disappointing.- seems like we caught the working crew at a bad time? Our almost 100$ order felt like it was only worth at most 50$, almost went to ask for a refund, but with how terrible the food tasted, I doubted we would with what the staff was providing.Hopefully they’ll get their act together. When they do, I recommend the:- chicken samosas: crispy and tasty- mac n cheese burger: amazing flavor with delicious cheese sauce and a deep friend macaroni ball- shrimp and chicken gumbo: a little spicy, would ask for more sausage since they tend to skimp on it.
The gumbo was good and so were the sweet potato fries. Mai Tai was great. Our server was excellent and attentive.
Service was great !! Non alcoholic drinks were perfectly made... food is always on point...FRESH...FLAVORFUL...EXPENSIVE LOL joking... one of my favorite places
Love the Skinny long Island ice tea and fresh bread. 1st time visit for my husband to a Cheesecake Factory. He's a true believer now. He had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. Main course was filet mignon, green beans and mashed potato with garlic and bacon. I had the Skinny turkey sandwich with avocado, tomato and bacon. It came with a side salad. Everything was delicious!
What can I say. Here goes, went to the Cheesecake Factory on Sunday at 10:44, it was 3 of us. Ordered a couple of drinks with no problem. We all order from the brunch menu, 2 people ordered chicken & waffles and I ordered waffles with bacon and eggs. After siting for maybe 45 minutes we noticed people around use eating and leaving while we were still waiting. We asked our waiter what the hold up was and she stated the waffle machine was not working properly, my response was you guys can't surly have only one waffle machine. by this time we have been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minuets, still no food. We spoke to the manager and he said our food would be out shortly, so the waiter started bring our food out one at a time, my bacon came out, 20 minutes later one of the orders of chicken and waffles came out, 25 minutes later another order of chicken and waffles came out and guest what my food never came out. The waffles on both order were not edible, they were crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. If the kitchen knew they were having an issue with the waffle maker the proper thing to do was let us know so we could change out order and not sit there for a total of 3 hours and still had to grab food from somewhere else. What a terrible experience.

I’ve taken a few orders for delivery from this location. Every time has been a terrible experience. Tonight was no different. I was hung up on after asking an instructional question. I was told to go to the table. Upon entering the building I was talked down too by a lady who works there. I will no longer be taking orders from this location or ever eating here now that I know how they treat their delivery drivers.
Just like any cheesecake factory, the atmosphere was great. Our waitress was very attentive and patient with us, since we hadn't visited one in over five years due to locations. Even those who didn't serve us catered well and were very polite!

Their menu is full of flourless options, gluten free options, low carb options, no sugar options, vegan options, and plain fresh fruit options. They make eating out healthy IF you can resist the glass case....I can not!I had the ultimate red velvet cake cheesecake to go. It was ultimate!It was fresh, rich, the right amount of sweet and tart. I am not even a red velvet person. AND the pillow of - well chocolate shavings!!!! What a delight"Let us eat cake" - and love it ❤
