The food was fine. The staff we spoke to was nice and personable. The food was nothing special. My kids complained about the fries.
We enjoyed a nice happy stop with good happy hour discounts on beer and appetizer specials. Service was excellent especially after additional servers arrived at 4 PM.
Food was alright. Definitely not worth $60 for a burger, a wrap, and two drinks. Service was not great. Bartender didn't really acknowledge us, even though we sat at the bar. Took a long time to get served, but was almost empty. Table server behind us was very nice and finally stepped in and took our orders, but wasn't old enough to serve our drinks. She's the only thing that deserved any stars.
We visited this place about 2 weeks for some drinks at the bar and our bartender could’ve been nicer. He told us a bit about the place, he was incredible knowledgeable about the beers and told us about the drag bingo on Fridays. We came back today to check the show, have some food and drinks. The food was great but we just experienced probably the worst service in a very long time. A server with a ball cap, came to the table twice during our stay. One to take the order for drinks (which he got partially wrong) and then because we called him to order food.When the food was brought by someone else we had no silverware or napkins. We managed to eat it with our hands and I was able to get napkins from a very nice female server. Cut to us being done with the food, drag show started, not a single check up from him. We wanted to order drinks and play. He didn’t seem particularly busy all the time but somehow entertained and happy with other female customers.Finally another server noticed us and asked us if we were ok. We requested the bill, she asked if we didn’t want to stay and play but by then we had no longer desire to do so. I— I’m pretty sure she told him about the bill but nothing happened.I just didn’t understand what was happening. Maybe he was new? Is it something personal? My night was spoiled and I just wanted to pay the female server and leave. I finally was upset at this point so I asked a passing female server if the manager was working. She kindly said that Maria was not working at the moment and the next person to talk to would be Eric, the guy in the ball cap…There was obviously no point in doing that. I had 0 desire to deal to him again. We left cash on the table and left. Not sure if it was enough, if not I’ll be happy to pay the difference electronically somehow.I still want to give props to the first bartender. Amazing amazing guy. I wish I remembered his name.
Great beer selection. However, this location in particular advertises and hosts Drag Bingo Fridays? Free to do what they want, but thought customers should know before visiting this one.

I have never done this before, but I came to the decision to eat at the Brass Tap because I had not seen such written care and commitment to making sure the experience was a great experience by a manager/owner before reading about the Brass Tap.In a time where customer care and service is so needed yet so lacking..reading the reviews and your responses to all have made me believe this is truly a place where the service, drinks and meal will be enjoyed..Wings and nachos were not quite as plentiful and amazing as i had hoped or from the reviews..BUT service and effort were wonderful and EVERYONE is good for a second chance!I say again my "hat off" to manager and the collaborative spirit to make the experience positive!! The Teacher in me says well done and as a Consumer I just say THANK YOU for valuing our voice!
Super nice waitresses. Good and fast service. Food taste great and also had IPA beers.
Very cool place. Everone is chill. Great food, excellent choice of brews and wonderful staff.
Came in a little after 8:30 and had doubts right away. While it wasn’t that busy, there was obviously only one waitress working. We patiently waited to be greeted and waitress finally greeted us after about 15 minutes. We ordered 2 draft beers and placed our food order at the same time. Over 10 minutes later still no drinks. The waitress then bypasses our table to two gentlemen that came in after we did. She then proceeds to immediately get their drinks bypassing our table again as she goes by. After delivering their drinks she goes back behind the bar and continued to ignore our drink order. At this point it’s obvious this is being purposely done. Not sure if we were being stereotyped since we are an interracial couple...it definitely seems that way. Maybe she thought we wouldn’t tip... very wrong. We finally got up and left. As we were leaving she acts like she was finally going to stop acting like we were invisible and get us our drinks. Too late sorry...our business obviously wasn’t valuable enough. We sat there 30 minutes and still not even a drink. Not to mention they had the doors locked at 9pm when it states they r open till 10. Don’t think we will be back again. We don’t fit in with the crowd they prefer to serve. Beware if your not blond hair and blue eyed yuppies.
