Me and my family uses the Taco Bell location in Severna Park for many years before this location was built and operated.This Location is more modern. The culture in Annapolis is very good, Taco Bell is doing a great job.
seriously worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I wish corporate would start from scratch with this location, maybe one employee is nice here and I don’t even think she works there anymore. We come here all the time because it’s the closest location and we have never had our order given to us correctly. Just went through tonight and got a nacho fries box and they dumped our fries face down in the bag, then instead of the two regular soft shell tacos we ordered with the box they gave us a taco with a handful of Jalapeños a piece of steak and a dust of lettuce and cheese. And we couldn’t even go to get it fixed because they never gave us a receipt.
Waited 8 minutes at the front register with knowbody else in the store. Knowbody said a word to us.... then ordered our food on the Kiosk. We heard the Manager say "why are these people asking for Breakfast Sauce". One of the employees said "we dont have that sauce out there". Horribly run location at the time we were there. 02/20/2022 10:30am
xRedDMNDz4 minutes agoI would not recommend ordering from here all the do is either one take forever with an order or something is always missing. I door dash and trust me would no recommend from eating here period ‼️
They're not the fastest, especially after 9pm, but the food is always accurate and not just thrown in the bag. Hard tacos are never split, and the lady night manager is always extremely helpful and super sweet.
The “manager” sydney was beyond disrespectful. She was yelling at me because i wanted a refund after waiting 30 minutes and still not receiving my food. Ridiculous how shes in charge of the restaurant.
First time. Took a friend through the drive through. He stated he loves your but was disappointed that he could only get 2 orders of your new chicken wings. I personally don't eat there as I had a bad experience at another site several years ago.
As an UberEats driver the wait was longer than expected for a delivery pickup. Taco Bell was empty at the time of my arrival. There was one other delivery person ahead of me waiting to pick up his order who ended up walking out and canceling his order because it wasn't ready or even being made.There were several people working in the back but none at the counter. The wait time (in an empty store) was 15 minutes for a delivery pickup.Not exactly what I consider fast food.Not to mention the first time I had a delivery pickup from Taco Bell (the week prior) I had to wait to pickup up the order from the drive through window which took 20 minutes. When I got to the window, I was told the order was never received. Once you are in that drive through line you are locked in with no way out. So I waited 20 minutes to be told (at the window) they didn't have what I was there to pick up. Extremely frustrating. They didn't even offer to make the order for the customer.
Worst taco bell I've ever been to...I drive for Uber eats and their system is ALWAYS down and they NVR have orders that are placed...bc the inside is always closed at night, he only way to verify and pick up an order is by going thru the drive thru line. 100% of the time I get stuck between cars asking if they have my order(which they NVR do) which means I have to go thru the waiting in the drive thru line slowing me down to get any other orders...horrible process and lazy workers who just say they aren't getting Uber or door dash orders simply bc they are busy and don't want to make them... horrible horrible horrible
Due to understaffing, they are only allowing drive through and pre orders. Don't show up expecting to walk in and order.
