My niece (3 y/o) and I walked into Sweet Frog a few minutes before closing and were denied the ability to access half of the toppings and were given the reason “because were about to close.” …but you’re currently open. As a business owner myself, I would never deny any customer the ability to spend more money and fully access our products during business hours.
Great froyo! But I Came in around 8pm got my froyo and toppings and stood there for a full 5-10 minutes before the employee came out from the back ??
My family comes to sweetFrog as a treat or special occasions. We drove over from Gambrills since there isn’t one near us and found that the store was closed at 7pm despite being listed as open until 9pm. I get being short staffed so it’s ok, but it was still a disappointment to find a place closed 2 whole hours before its listed closing time.
If you've been to a sweet frog before, you've been to them all.They can't control their clientele, so the running and screaming and shoving kids shouldn't be a reflection of the establishment.I would have liked more seating options but the yogurt was good and all the toppings were stocked.
Don’t come here!! It’s infested with roaches!! I came here to get frozen yogurt and I went to get a cup and it had roaches crawling in it. I was so disgusted. There are roaches literally crawling around everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE.
Kid Friendly
We came at 9:00pm only to see it’s closed when it clearly says it closes at 10pm. Horrible. It was our first time to this sweet frog and it was truly disappointing. We’ve came all this way for nothing.

Im here with my fiance been siting in front for about 15 mins at 6pm no one to be seen, even called there store phone still no one answered
Open at 12, but not open because machines are not ready? Seriously disappointed.
