Love that they are open late night, flavors are delicious, staff is great!Only 4* because their serving sizes seem to be inconsistent. The first time my girlfriend and I went there we were thrilled with the scoop sizes. The portions only rivaled one other ice cream location in Down Town Annapolis. The 2nd time we went we were disappointed with the scoop size only being maybe 2/3 of what we got the first time and also putting them into line with most the other DTA locations. Again, flavors were great though! Also, no waffle bowls
Had been here the day before yesterday and enjoyed the flavours as well as the service. On the whole a good experience. The cones too are worth trying.
Root beer float was great and the line moves fast
Not an ice cream factory. Barebones Hersheys bought ice cream shop in a prime location. No specialties available just plain ice cream. The last time I was here the soft serve wasn’t working. At least they make their own waffle cones. They also have 36 flavors on display. Prices are very fair. You would expect a LOT more for an ice cream shop with this real estate and the name implies they make their own, which is far from the truth. This place is likely great for families who want a low cost ice cream shop option in an otherwise expensive area. However, walking in here is akin to buying Turkey Hill from a grocery store.
Great selection of flavors. I had moose tracks and red velvet in a waffle cone.
Stopped by on a Wednesday evening after dinner. Popular place as the line curved all around the inside and out the door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ice cream is well worth the wait.
Delicious ice cream, as always. The pralines and cream was fantastic, and the old standard butter pecan was exceptional too!
Went here on a weekday to avoid crowds. Walked in and although there were many (teen) workers, we were not greeted (5 of us) when we asked questions, very short, almost annoyed, responses were given. It didn’t feel friendly at all. If it wasn’t for my kids and I promised to treat them to a cup of ice cream I would have walked out. Every interaction was extremely awkward including paying. I asked if they accepted Apple Pay and the kid at the register responded he didn’t know. Leading to more confusion. So I was like ok? I’ll use my card. They didn’t even tell me how much it was. I had to ask, then after waiting for the transaction, zero response just blank stares! I had to ask for my receipt because I did not trust the transaction. I have been here before when there was an older man and women behind the register which was a polar opposite experience. I know to avoid this place when the teens are working. The ice cream is good and prices were about $13 for two cups of 1 scoop ice cream flavors.
Amazing ice cream! So creamy! I tired the burbon truffle and it was delicious! Would definitely go again! Great staff too!
The birthday cake flavor was delicious and had real cake bites within! There are many flavors to choose from and in several different serving styles from waffle cones to sundaes.
