The barista Sara always makes my day. Just pleasant and always so welcoming when I come in. The place is always clean and organized. Great Starbucks!!
I don’t know what was more charming… the homeless man passed out on the couch, the awful cappuccino we had to throw away or being charged for a $4 cup of tea they didn’t have. You. Have. One. Job. Coffee. The baristas work hard and we’re pleasant through ignoring me and not having any basic supplies like raw sugar or sleeves. This is why I drink my coffee at home.
It's a Starbucks. What's not to love? The staff at this location are particularly friendly, know the names of all the regulars, and will bring your food/drink to you in the seating area. The dining area is also pretty nice.
I recently had an issue with my Starbucks app. I called the store and everyone I spoke to was super helpful!! I didn’t catch the first woman’s name, but Joelle was a rockstar and was able to resolve my issue. Gotta love good customer service!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years now and they’ve been hiring new staff so often. But I ordered a chai latte and the gurl that made it just have me Ice and barely any chai tasted like I was drinking water. Asked her nicely if she could make it sweeter and her response was very rude and asked me what was wrong with it. I just said can it be more sweet? She took the cup and made the ugliest face gesture. Very rude employees for sure.
I just left this establishment, and the staff was completely perplexed. They had no idea which order was mine, and one of the employees claimed that the times were incorrect. There was no receipt on the bag only a P, so how am I supposed to know which order is mine. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

I stopped at this Starbucks today to order a coffee frappuccino, because it was on my way home -- however it was the worst service I've experienced in several years. Not only did THREE people who placed their orders after me receive their drinks first, but mine sat on the back counter, half-made, while she prepared drinks for other people, cleaned up, etc. And on top of that, my drink was prepared incorrectly. When I looked at the label, there was no mention of non-fat, so I asked if it was half caf/nonfat. The person who prepared the drink said nothing at all, turned around, made it correctly, and put it on the bar. Not a word of apology for making it wrong, sorry for the wait, nothing. I won't be stopping at this Starbucks again.
