I typically love Smoothie King and went today for a little pick me up. I walked in (only one customer ahead of me). There were FOUR people working there and when the customer left, I was never acknowledged. They just kept looking but never let me take my order. Then after ten minutes, two of them left the store and left me standing there. I walked out right behind them. Terrible customer service.
Typically experience poor customer service at this location. Staff are young and more concerned with cell phones and attitude.
I ordered online and stood in the store for 15 minutes to watch the employees make smoothies for everybody that ordered in store after my order. I won't be going back to this location

This morning I decided to stop by this local business and purchase myself a smoothie to start my day. When I walked in I said good morning and “silence” so I said maybe she didn’t hear me and I said good morning and at this time the worker behind the counter glared at me and said nothing to me. At this time I decided to leave and not support this local business. My next steps are to reached out the owner of this business and make a formal complaint.
They've been consistent with their quality of the smoothie. Everytime I go here the smoothies are outstanding!! THIS review is really because of neglect of the employees...not all but some. I ordered online and picked up and watched them make my smoothie from outside. I noticed the person who made my smoothie didn't have her mask up over her face. Because of the current state of the country I want make the manager aware of the requirements that a mask should be worn at all times, and that sometimes the employees neglect to wear theirs. Now when I walked in the store to get my smoothie was when she put her mask on. I am concerned because it does present to be a health risk when the employees don't have on a mask while working.
Horrible. I ordered a smoothie from the app. Picked it up. Third or fourth sip noticed tiny hard pieces throughout. Usually normal small pieces of fruit seeds,,, Not this time. I spit several out to to exam because they just didn’t seem normal. Glad I did. Literally thousands of tiny pieces of plastic !
I ordered curbside a premama smoothie. I called to let the store know I was in zone 12 to pick up my order as what I was told in the instructions. I called to let them know I was in zone 12 to pick up my order. The young man that answered the phone asked for the order name and I told him. He then proceeded to say my coworker said you have to come inside to pick up your order and I asked why because I ordered curbside and his response was I just started here I do not know. I said well I can’t come inside that’s why I ordered curbside he said he’d be out with my smoothie and after waiting for ten minutes no one ever came out. I will never return to this store again. Poor customer service. I did end up getting my smoothie, but the service was not good at all.
I'm really trying to support smaller businesses but if your staff won't speak up & I have to keep saying "excuse me" staff doesn't know the menu even after telling me my 2 choices, I choose choice & your staff doesn't understand my choice & wants to argue. Took my card after several paying customers. Didn't was hands, made several smoothies. I won't be back soon. Sorry good luck. I also believe I didn't get my choice of Stevia sweetner. I sweetener. went ahead & put Turbinado sugar in anyway (other choice) Tastes to sweet & Stevia has a distinctive flavor.
