By far the worst experience ever. Bread was beyond burnt. Pasta barely had any sauce. I didn't see any workers with gloves on but I did see them touching the register than going to make food. I will never return here. Horrible customer service as well but I did get a full refund.

Okay, I have the Big "D". And the Diabetes diagnosis hit me 6 months ago and I'm still getting use to it. It's not just about eliminating sugar, but it's the insulin, the carb check, the inspection of labels and menu to clear a meal. Usually if I didin't cook ahead, I'll pick up a Sammy's Veggie Pizza which keeps my glucose in check. But how many Veggie Pizzas do you order when you want to branch out?Today, I mentioned my dilemma to a woman working the orders. She understood immediately what I was lamenting and hooked me up with a side order turned into an entree. In keeping with the veggie theme, the staff grilled me red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach and chicken. It was YUMMY. See, there is Life after Death. Two hours later, no screams from the Dexcom. I don't know the name of the masked woman who initially pulled this all together, but thanks for a delightful Sunday dinner minus the guilt.P.S, The mangos was my addition :-)

We are on a trip and traveled to Annapolis to see the Statehouse. We found this place on TripAdvisor and some in the group wanted Italian so we stopped in. Our hopes were high because we like to eat at places that are not national chains. We were very disappointed. The spaghetti tasted like it was seasoned with tomato soup. No Italian flavors or seasonings at all. No hint of oregano or basil or rosemary or any Italian flavor at all!The spinach stuffed eggplant was, quite frankly, tasteless. We had to add salt, Pepper, garlic and even sugar to try to make it edible. Even then, the person who ordered it could not finish it because she said every time she took a bite it made her shiver. And this person usually never ever wastes food. The mushroom ravioli was a little more flavorful. But only a little. Still very very bland. The red sauce that came with the calzone seriously tasted like a can of tomato soup.We had planned to order dessert but when the food was so bad we thought perhaps the dessert would also not be good so we didn’t order any. The restaurant was very cute and clean and well decorated and the food was well presented. It has great possibilities. We wanted to like it. But they definitely need to improve their food.

Overall was good but pricey. Favorite item ordered was the arugula salad. Pizza was a little greasy but would definitely order again. Penne broccoli was bland, wouldn't recommend. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

The food was reasonable and good!

This place is AMAZING! We come here regularly for the great food and friendly staff!

Always excellent. Great food and great people. Convenient location

Sammy's is a hidden treasure with great, made to order food & pizza. You can smell fresh garlic & butter on the way in! Great atmosphere, now go to take out area to order, then they bring food to your table. Lunch platters v good prices. See pics!

Local Italian place with lots of different options like pizza, pastas, calzones, and other meals. Friendly staff and moderate prices with quick prep time for takeout orders

We used to live right around the corner from Sammy's and got food all the time. Diablo cheesesteak, Bistro Steak Salad, and Wings. Always super tasty. While we don't live in the Eastport anymore, we still go out of our way to go and grab a bite when we're in the area. Sammy and the staff are awesome.
