Born and raised in NYC, my palete for crab dip may not be a refined as the local clientele. However, IMO the dip here was great. The wine selection was impressive but the show stopper was the Thai Style Red Curry Salmon. The salmon was delicious but I was grabbing every piece of starch on the table to soak up the residual curry sauce. Literally ordered an additional plate of the potatoes so I could ensure not an ounce of the curry sauce went back into the kitchen.I would definitely come back!Red Red Wine Bar for the win!

Wife and I came her for a quick afternoon date. The service was very good and friendly. Our food came out quick and was so good. Highly recommend the wine flights and this place for a date night. Will definitely go back in the future.

Five stars for awesome service! Our waiter, Aaron/Erin (sorry!), made our dinner so much fun, perfect for a fun group night out. The wine flights are a neat offering too!

We really were excited and wanted so badly to like it. The menu was great and the atmosphere was cozy. But then we got the worst waitress I've seen in years. She clipped the wine glass against my water glass, it shattered and its entire contents (red Zinfandel) spilled all over my dress and soaked down through to my bra and underwear. She just stood there. No apology whatsoever. I had to ask for napkins! I was covered in red wine. All she said was a brief explanation on how the glass shattered. The entire rest of the night was so awkward. She acted like it never happened! It was like she was in denial or just didn't care. No apology. No offer to comp our meal. No offer to pay a cleaning bill. It was so uncomfortable we decided to cut the evening short.Without commentary or an apology, they only comped the flight and one cheese. It is so rude to not apologize for spilling red wine on someone, no matter where it happens! And especially at a restaurant. The fact only a portion of the meal was comped - without any acknowledgement of what happened- was also offensive.Had she just apologized all would have been forgiven. I know I acted shocked when it happened, but I did not yell or raise my voice. I tried to keep my response as light hearted as possible, assuming she felt guilty.Apparently she felt nothing at all.We will never go back

Fantastic local wine bar with friendly service, charming atmosphere and great food. Highly recommend!

On yesterday late afternoon (May 2, 2022), our office held a goodbye gathering for one of the attorneys that was leaving for a new position. Not only is Red Red Wine the perfect atmosphere with its' space and décor, but its' menu is just what was needed and desired. From cocktails to wine to refreshments, it has all that is needed for getting together talking and enjoying yourself! On a delicious side note, I took the opportunity to order dinner to go before I left. Although I hated brussel spouts when I was a kid, Red Red Wine has Roasted Brussels on the menu -it makes one wish to re-visit childhood so delicious! I also ordered the Steak Salad. The two dishes maid for an absolutely scrumptious supper for my wife (who has always loved brussels) and me. I recommend this downtown Annapolis place highly not only for the ambiance but also the wonderful, considerate and most professional staff.

Paul was delightful... best Bloody Mary I have had in years! And, he suggested a white wine that pleased every one.The food was wonderful... the salad with the grape tomatoes and the honey Greek dressing was yummy and the hot crop dip was divine. In town for a conference, we ate there twice in a row

The wine is great. The food solid with some nice innovative dishes coming out of the kitchen. We are regulars since it opened. My wife is a wine lover and I like a beer or two. It is a winning combo, that is when their beer tap works. Chronic inattention produces an $8 glass of flat disappointment. Either take the tap out or take 10 minutes and get it fixed. Good beer just like the wine needs to be respected.

While I can't say altogether too much about the wine (which is a huge part of the appeal, I know), I have found the food to be amazing every time I go there. The Red Red Wine Bar Burger is to die for, and the other things I've tried have all been consistently delicious. The atmosphere is great and the menu has clearly been carefully constructed to complement the wine and emphasize the niche they are occupying.Whether meeting up with an old friend or going on a date, it's hard to find a better spot in downtown Annapolis than this place.

This place is so cozy, I love the decor and the feel. The wine selection is stellar. The food however, is mediocre at best. I had the chicken and goat cheese empanadas and they were dry. The sauce that comes with them is good but does not do the job. I also had the Shrimp appetizer and there was reay goo flavor there. The sauce was a little watery but extremely good flavor. The shrimp comes with warm baguette for dipping and I swear the bread was the best thing there...next to my bartender Hailey. My entrée was ok, I ordered the Rosemary chicken with mushroom bread pudding, and butternut squash puree. The flavors were good, the chicken was dry. I should have gotten the salmon and a side of the brussel sprouts (no bacon).I will return for wine for sure and because of Hailey but, I will hold off on the food...or, maybe give them a second chance with the Salmon.
