Today was my first time at Potbelly. When I saw the name I had to give it a shot. JUSTIN WAS AMAZING! He explained everything to me and helped me get a great meal! I got a wreck with cheddar and added bacon. When I say this was amazing it was amazing. From the patience and knowledge of the staff, watching them make the sandwich, to scarfing it down. Mmm mmm good. Keep up the good work guys and I'll see you soon!
Just ordered an Italian, this is what I got. I’m honestly laughing. When I inquired to see if I got the right order I was assured that I did. When I asked about the small amount of meat I was told, “that’s actually how it’s supposed to be.” I said “oh yea, so these first couple bites are bread only?” To which he replied, “yea that’s why we have toppings.”
Foods delicious. Service sucks. Everyone’s confused. The salad making girl is extremely rude.
3rd time I have come on a Saturday. Doors locked, online orders only. Sooo slow. Floors dirty because only 2 people. Need to hire more people asap. To the people working thank you for working so hard. Management needs to help you.
Thanks so much for updating your hours to longer! I love the Powerhouse salad and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. The ingredients are consistently fresh and the cookies are delicious.I typically order takeout. The app is easy to use and my order is always in time.
Don't know what happened, but they were definitely not organized except for the young lady taking the orders. The person behind the register had a continuous bad attitude. Bad for business. Food order wasn't complete. Owner needs to step in.
An excellent sandwich served on wonderful multigrain bead. It had obviously been grilled just long enough to melt the cheese; perfect.
Please remind your employees that wearing gloves when servicing the public is awesome until you repeatedly touch/swipe your hair, then touch the food, and then to top it off, reach down and pull your pants up WHILE WEARING THE GLOVES YOU MAKE MY SUB WITH!!!I still bought my food because I was on my short lunch break but I don't know if I will return if this is viewed as ok practices.
Gave 4 stars in stead of 5 because they were not flexible on how I wanted my special. Only a .10 difference which I was willing to pay.Other than that... good
Will not be returning to this location. I ordered a takeout order on the app here a couple of days ago and realized when I got to my location that my order was missing a couple of items. I was annoyed but was a huge deal as it was just chips. I called and after someone finally answered the woman who I had the pleasure of speaking with was the worst person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I told here my order was missing the chips and she says “okay.. come back and get them.” I said I would just like my money back because I’m no where near there now. She asked for my name, I gave it to her and she said “okay bye” and hung up. I called back and she answered again, I asked her if I was going to be refunded because she just hung up on me and she said “oh yeah I should have explained first I’ll give this to my manager and you’ll be refunded”.Well now a couple of days later I get and email stating I was refunded for one bag, not the two I was missing.Such poor customer service here, go to another location!
