Worst customer service that have ever experienced at this location. Manager taking my order through the drive through. I asked for 8 pieces nuggets she asked me what side before I could say what I wanted she told me fries ok . I said no I didn’t say fries and she said fries and again I said no . Manager said what sauce my reply was I am reading the list of sauces manager says ok barbecue. I get to the window asked her to repeat my order and she hands me the order something told me to open the box and bag . Low and behold fries and chicken wings. I said to the manager this is not nuggets it’s wings. I told her I’ll just keep the wings since I picked one up with my hand and just forget about the nugget order. The manager said no you have to give that order back now . So I told her just give me a refund because your customer service is really bad . The manager said I don’t care, so I said I am calling the corporate office about how you treat customers. The manager didn’t even care at all. So I called the corporate office because this manager really needs retrained
The black older woman that handed me the food defiantly don't have customer service skills and she had her mask on her chin coughing. The red beens and rice was good and hot. I bought a surf and turf and they gave me chicken batter, shrimp, soggy fries and a biscuit.Please, find a better manager to run the ship. Oh! I asked for a receipt and it had ketchup fingerprints over the receipt. This Popeyes us yo be Great! Remedial customer service is needed.
Went through the drive-thru to get lunch. When I got to the window the cashier wouldn't take my card and told me the man ahead of me had already paid my entire check! I tried to look for him on the drive back to my office so I could thank him but I didn't see his car anywhere. The staff told me he is a regular customer so I'll be on the lookout whenever I go back. In the meantime- whoever this man is, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I am sending this complaint for store 655 in Annapolis, MD. My coworker went to pick up food for lunch. The manager at that store, Nayeli, is the rudest person EVER!!! She was rude to my coworker by getting angry because she stated that he did not provide the coupon at the drive thru BUT HE DID on the intercom. Then he returned to work and THE CHICKEN FOR A CHICKEN TENDER MEAL WAS NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY. I took the chicken back for a refund and she would not refund me because the box was half a piece short! HALF a piece!!!! I told her it was in the trash and she would not accept it for my refund. I had to dig out the trash for the remaining piece because I refused to pay for uncooked chicken. I took the box back and she refunded by money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT POPEYES TO ANYONE! ESPECIALLY BLACK PEOPLE BECAUSE I FEEL AS THOUGH SHE IS RASCIST!

The food tasted okay but the service was terribly bad. We ordered five items online but two of them were missing when we received our order. We had to go back to ask for the missing items. Not happy with the staff there.
The chicken sandwich was great. Service was horrible. The worker on the drive through was unprofessional (I know it's fast food and have lowered my bar accordingly), we got sweet tea instead of our ordered drinks, had to pull around and wait for a bit and didn't get straws either. My girlfriend had stopped here at an earlier date and had to leave because she sat in line for almost 20 min and there was no movement. Go to another location if you can. Or better yet cut out this very unhealthy indulgence from your diet, heading that way ourselves.
Took a little while to get our food but that was only because we got an absolute crapload of chicken. It was all delicious. They happily gave me a whole bunch of extra sauce too, didn't nickel and dime me or anything. If you don't mind getting fat, this is a great place to get fat at.
Omg, I can honest say the food here was the absolute worst. How can you have soggy bread on the bottom, hard on top and chicken over cooked? How? Can soo many things be wrong on one sandwich? I will not be returning to this location
The best Turkey ever. Easy button! I wish I had ordered 2 so I had one for Christmas.
