They gave me a wrong order twice within 10 days. I order plain cheese pizza but they had pepperoni in the cheese layer and I am Muslim, I am not allowed to eat pork and they made me eat it a bit twice because it was underneath the cheese layer. I call to file a complaint but they told me they are making another order for me but I never recieved it. I had to make a new order for myself because I was so hungry. one of the worst day of my life.

I order here all the time, I don’t usually complain even if my order takes forever or something is missing. It happens, I used to work at a Pizza place as well so I understand. My biggest pet peeve is that my pizza is never sliced right, it looks like geometry more than anything. Half the time I have to cut it myself to make the slices look better or to pull it apart easier. Y’all it’s not that hard to cut a pizza, please start cutting it the proper way. Overall the food is decent, I give 4 stars because Dominos down the street sucks.
On December 11 2021 I placed an order with this location. My estimated wait time was around 30 minutes. After well over an hour I called the store and they told me they didn’t know why I had not received my order and did not know where the driver was. I told them that I had I known it would be so long, I wouldn’t have ordered it for delivery. He refunded the delivery fee and I drive to the store. Upon arrival, both men were bewildered as to why I was there, saying they had no order for me. After a solid 2 minutes of me insisting I had just spoken to them both on the phone, he exclaimed “OH MY GOSH, ITS YOU!”. This was 9 minutes after our phone call. He explained that he had just allowed the delivery driver to leave with my order. But he did not know if he was going directly to my home. This man literally cancelled my delivery, had me drive to come get it, then let it walk out the door as I was in my way to retrieve it. Insane. I submitted complaints, and have been told that a manager submitted that this was addressed by phone and email. IT WAS NOT. 5 days. No contact. Waste of time. Do not order from this place. It needs to be shut down.
We had to cancel our delivery after waiting for over 2 hours. Just don’t bother with this store; they cannot provide good service. They are chronically short-staffed and the workers they do have are rude and dismissive. Options are limited in this part of Annapolis, which is probably why this store is still open. But they are just terrible. They’ll take your order and your payment and not deliver. Don’t expect them to do right by you.

Pizza was incorrect and for some reason cut into eleven slices don’t waste your money. Probably not the best idea to have half of your staff in front of the store smoking when customer arrive either.
Ordered online at 5:50 (one pizza with cheese and meat) - arrived in shop at 6:15 , pizza was not started yet - no explanation , pretty confused, just had to sit there for 15 min - I thought maybe I went to the wrong location like a dummy but apparently the pizza just had not yet been started even though the link that I received via email said it was ready.No “my apologies”, no real explanation for what happened, no discount etc. Just an overall very low grade experience. Pizza is tasty of course but definitely not my normal Papa Johns experience unfortunately.
This is the worst papa John’s I have ever ordered from. I received the wrong order and tried for 2 days to get ahold of the manager or anyone who could fix the issue. I was on hold for 30 minutes the night of the order and the next day. I was hung up on and the order was never fixed.
First issue i have with these inept people is, why is it so hard to read an order? They always always always forget the garlic sauce after being reminded to not forget it. Now, I just placed an order online for lunch, the order is voided and cancelled 5 minutes later. So I call about the issue. I get passed around by some call service to finally get connected with a store employee who acts like he barely has a clue as to why I would call him about my order being cancelled. He then tells me no cash payments, I must pay ahead with a card..... Yeah, no thanks. We order all the for delivery, they always accept cash. The order was $14, really? Never again. Ledos it is!
