The only time it was ever late, they were obviously slammed... But how can you argue with an extra 10 minutes on Superbowl Sunday?
Very disappointed. They said my order would be 45 to 55 minutes., and they would call when they were outside.After about 70min. I looked outside to see if I saw any site of the delivery person and there was my order sitting on the roof of my car!!! Cold. I called the store explaining what had happened the rude party said “sorry” and hung up!! No more Papa Johns for me!!

Mediocre pizza but I sincerely doubt it was this particular establishment, it is probably one of the worst tasting chain pizzas I have ever had. Second and last time [different location] papa John's is all hype. A company that sounds tons on advertisements. I've been in Annapolis multiple times and had pizza at least twice a week. MOD has been my favorite.
Ordered pizza including drinks. Drinks were not delivered and was told by the driver “call the store”. Called the store and was told by the person on the other end “we will comp you drinks on your next order” except that I paid for the drinks already and was one of the main reasons for ordering delivery to begin with. Phone person acted like it was my problem that they botched the order and to deliver the drinks was a huge imposition to right their wrong. Will NEVER order Papa John’s again. Im in an area with bad connection and the person on the phone never lost her temper even though she barely understood what i was saying because of the static of the call.
Cold pizza and cheese bread. Not the first time it’s been cold but it will be the last time I order from there!
