We've ordered from Moe's several times and the food is always really good. Lately we've been ordering the Taco Kits as we have a large family to feed and it just seems to be the easiest way to do things. This kit is fantastic and feeds a family of 6 with some leftovers. Yummy and fresh, fast and easy! Thanks Moe's for making life easier on this mama!
Literally the worst place in downtown Annapolis. I highly recommend going to Chipotle down the street. This moes is dirty and the people working don’t want to be there and will treat you as such. And don’t even think about going within 2 hours of them closing. They’re out of everything and will not replace anything, even with 10 people in line. Go to Chipotle and save yourself from this place.
I think I was given a child's burrito. A jr is not the same as a kids. Both mine and my child's meal came with no salsa, hers had no cookie. This is the second time I've ordered from them that we didn't get everything we ordered, and as we ordered through Uber, no way to check before leaving.
I'm standing here it has been 20 minutes waiting for my food- the staff is just standing laughing and chatting with each other, no one is working. Juan just standing there doing nothing so disappointed. And they are very disrespectful toward a dasher picking up food. Management need to address that. So disappointed ?
Honestly the service has really gone down hill. Used to be great but has been lacking lately. Today they didn't recieve my mobile order and seemed very confused and off put when I went in to pick it up. Rewards points never make it onto orders.
Hit and miss with this place. More than once the rice in my burrito has been crunchy and undercooked.
Food was good even at closing time. 4 star because of limited customer service. Perhaps more training would be helpful.. We visited for the first time and had to figure everything ourselves, e.g. free salsa bar... Restaurant is not clean as described by other reviews...
Why go here when there are literally hundreds of authentic Mexican restaurants in any top 30 US city? Better than peers like Qdoba and Baja Fresh
Not kept up (cleanliness). No one working the counter - I stood there as if it was close. Food was so greasy. Typically I’m happy to meet Moe’s food but figured I’d warn the next person.
Don’t order online from this place.Mess up the order and ask if you can call back tomorrow. What sense does that make
