We visited MOD tonight while on vacation. Our daughter has a dairy allergy and they very willingly accommodated us by using new gloves, getting fresh toppings, and using alternative toppings. The staff was all extremely friendly and the pizza was ready quickly! It was all delicious!
I’ve been here many times. This time they burned both of the pizzas for my kids. I tried to raise the issue but was told “ give it a try and we’ll remake it if we really need to.” This put me back into an uncomfortable spot where we had to force the kids to try it ( they wouldn’t eat it), and then complain again (I didn’t). The cost of a small cheese pizza is almost nothing. Next time remake the pizzas instead of choosing to lose a customer.
So i personally dealt with the general manager of this place, and she was utterly incompetent. she had no reign of her staff or the crowd that was gathering. Casey if you see this, i hope you find a place of work in a different industry. i will never return to this location or any other mod location after this experience and dealing with who mod seems to think is able to handle their restaurants. absolutely pathetic!
Really annoyed. My pizza was less than 7-eleven vibe despite using their restaurant to suggest that they are a friendly and inclusive place. the manager at the time kasey was very rude and seemed like she was on a different planet, not to suggest that she was on something but, i will definitely not bring my children here as a result.
My new pizza spot. It's the Baskin-Robbins of pizza! 30+ toppings, 5 easy steps... They provide the ingredients, you choose your toppings, you pay while they cook it, then you enjoy your creation. ?
My wife and I went Vegan and we enjoy Mod's vegan based pizza. Very good choice and the folks in there are really nice and helpful.
This was my third time coming to this location and I will never return again. I ordered my pizza online and it stated it’ll be ready at 6:35. 7:15pm goes by and no one can give an explanation as to why no one could find my order. Terrible experience and i will not be returning again. I won’t ever recommend anyone to come here.
I'm very fussy about Pizza. This chain nails it for great pizza. I love the myriad of toppings to personalize it to your liking. You can have it your way! The crust is really thin, almost like a flatbread. Specify crispy if you like your crust well-done. All baked in a brick oven, wood fired. Quickly finished while you semi -wait.

Amazing create-your-own pizza place! Unlimited toppings and quick service :) Was less than 5 minutes from when my pizza went in to when my name was called. Been here twice and 100% recommend!
