Absolutely pathetic service managers uniform is completely filthy waited nine minutes for my food while six cars were in the drive-through and another customers waiting it does not take nine minutes to do a sausage Mc griddle employees are more concerned about talking about their day then putting out the food I was a chef for 20 years if I ever had anybody on my staff like this you wouldn’t last 30 seconds tell the manager to wash her hair and wash her uniform
I came in to order food to only be told that I will not be served inside and that I have to go through the drive thru, that isn't an issue but the fact that there isn't a single sign anywhere stating that fact and I was told by a female in a blue shirt with a very ignorant attitude! I will never come to this location again, to be treated in such a way by such a nasty and despicable attitude from a very ignorant person in management is unacceptable!
Good clean restaurant. No too far from the highway. Staff was courteous and helpful. Service was prompt and fast.
I ordered and paid quickly. Then waited 25 minutes as I was the car stuck between the pay window and the delivery window. My food was obviously cold by then. I went inside to attempt to get hot food. The manager was so put out by my request. I was at this McDonald's for 45 minutes. This place is "slow food". Wendy's is next door. I would've went there, but I had already paid.
Good People, and food was good on 2nd shift. Lady had fix my husband some hard cookies that morning and while on shutdown he went back in that same day and evening shift had made him fresh ones.
21 nuggets in our 20 piece and they must've just been cooked. So hot and yummy
It’s unfortunate this is the only McDonald’s on the way, every time I come here it’s another new terrible experience. From food being wrong, to waiting 20 minutes for a single medium fri, while watching them prioritize drive through as it just keeps going and going and everyone in the lobby are hardly acknowledged.Regardless, it’s FAST food, if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for anything I would’ve went somewhere with better food.
We were passengers then we ordered from drive through they didn’t give us what we ordered they kept some of our order . They are not trust worthy at all.
Went to get lunch and found that the main drive thru lane was not getting their order taken, multiple cars left in frustration, lucky there is a Wendy's next door which gave great service.
I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the HEALTH CODE VIOLATION I just watched happen in your store! Your employee who was MAKING FOOD just took he cellphone out and started using it with both hands without taking her gloves off the proceeded to start making food again WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES!!! She might as well of not been wearing gloves at all the way she contaminated every piece of food she touched, I complained to what I assume was the manager (an older gentleman) who told her to change her gloves, god forbid sh should be sent home for contaminating customers food. This is a major health code violation and I’m sure it’s not the first time, the staff seemed unfazed by my complaint.
