Absolutely the worst service at this location. The manager could care less about how customers felt about the long wait, or if orders were wrong along with being out of certain items. No one at the registers to pay or order. Dirty tables and floors. Crappy attitudes from everyone. Needs a better manager ASAP
Please go to another McDonald’s. The person who is taking orders is jumping from speaker to speaker confusing the people in Drive Thru. Then the screen doesn’t display my order which leaves me in doubt that they got my order right. I ordered Pancake and Sausage. Simple right. Nope. Forgot the same sausage. I understand it’s a high pace job but it’s the managers fault to not hire more employees.
I like this Mcdonalds. It is pretty fast and the food is okay. The fries and shakes are AMAZING. I got chicken nuggets but they were disgusting. They tasted horrible and not even a lot of ketchup could help it. This might be a once in a while experience but not what I expect from Mcdonalds. Overall pretty good for the most part.
I love the ap. When time is of the essence and the kids need something to eat and we are ballin on a budget it is the go to. I love that I can get any sized iced coffee for .99 before 11am i add extra caramel and whipped cream for an extra 30 cents but hey it prevents me from spending 6 bucks at my other coffee go tos.
Gave my mobile order to the wrong person, then rudely told me they wouldn't refund a mobile order. Absolutely ridiculous
The mobile app is so easy to use. It takes the guess work out of the ordering process. My food was fresh and hot. Exactly as ordered. The staff were all smiling and friendly. One of the better McDs experiences lately.
This place was the worst McDonald's I have ever been in!!!! If they had a half of a star I would try to rate it lower. From traveling I could not take it back. Order messed up manager even came out and it still was wrong. Added mayo to the sandwich that doesn't even come on it.!¡! I bit it and mayo shot out all down my pants and on my seat. Now I have to pay for my interior to be cleaned...who will pay for this but me!!!! Over a quarter pounder that they added mayo!!!!!.. You can clearly see that my seat was clean until this at this restaurant!!!!
Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the area, there hasn’t been one time where I haven’t waited over 30min or had something wrong with my order. Whoever over sees this location clearly isn’t very hands on because it’s been like this for years and it’s getting nothing but worse
I just dont think McDonalds is capable of getting an orde right. They always forget something. The drive thru is always very slow.
Much different experience than the Baltimore area McDonald’s. The associate was nice, articulate, and wasn’t brushing us off
