26 March 2022: 2.5 minutes just to open the register to order inside? Order provided with bring asked if it was for dining or carry out and not provided napkins and none to had without asking….Open ….. ignored in the drive through. I went to the other McDonald’s in Annapolis even though it was inconvenient.
The service was what we expect from McDonalds. It was the fastest I've been served at a McDonalds in many years! The food was made to perfection. All McDonalds need to look at this location as the example of what McDonalds was built on. Fast and good service! Highly recommend this location.
terrible srrvice no one ever speaks english at the bay ridge location always say the system is down so i cannot use my ap. the order is usually incorrect
Like their food & employees are polite and professional but they always short me on my chicken nuggets. I pay for 10 and expect to get 10 but I only get 8 or 9. It sad that starting on my next visit there I am going to start counting my nuggets before I leave whether I go inside or go through the drive through.
Fries are good hands down my favorite for just fries
I mean it's McDonald's. It's pretty much always the same wherever you get it. Which is like their thing. I interacted with the staff for like 60 seconds and they all seemed nice and professional. Nothing bad to say.
Customer Service was great. Food was fresh.
They put our cookies in a nuggets box so when we got home to our surprise we were missing our 6 piece and received 0 sauces too.
Big Mac was ok, fries were cold.
Staff only worries about drive thru. Four people waiting at the front register they looked over at us and did not acknowledge us. The lady Infront of us waited 15 minutes for hot chocolate.. the employee said the machine was slow. McDonald's get it together if your machine is that slow replace it.. when your at it retrain your mangers and staff or get rid of them. They are hurting your business.
