This restaurant is in a great spot near the marinas. Parking can be tricky, as it is in that part of the city. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They even have dog treats near the door for visiting canines. The full menu is available all the time. There is seating in the back of the restaurant, indoors, or outdoor seating behind the building. The prices may seem a little steep, but if you value service and friendliness as well as product, then it is ok.
It was closed when I got there. Generally, I would hold off until I actually visited, but there was still someone there, but she wouldn't let me purchase what I had driven some 50 miles for. If the place was closed and everyone had left, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but to turn away a customer with cash in hand doesn't make sense to me. I think I'll just order my Blenheim from the manufacturer in South Carolina insteadAddendum: Since wrote a negative review, I thought that I should return when they're open. The owner, who was kind enough to reply to my review, was most gracious and helpful. I didn't order any food but bought the Blenheim I was looking for. I raised my rating to 4 stars, which is the highest I'll give a restaurant unless it's comparable to The Springs in Berkshire County, MA, or The Three Thieves in Colo. Springs. ????

It's a great diner with everyday groceries you can buy. It's right in Eastport and an easy to walk to if you are by boat. I would not recommend the Taco special. Unfortunately it was inedible. However most of their meals are good.
Leeward Market is a true hidden gem in the Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis. It's got a diverse and delicious menu, with something for everyone. Our favorites are the thin crust pizza and the Peruvian Chicken salad. Don't sleep on the homemade ginger ale!
What a wonderful, neighborhood market and restaurant! Not only is the food delish, but there are gluten free options like fresh-baked bread and even pastries, and the service is awesome! The atmosphere is great and made up of Annapolis area waterman and yachtmen! I'm going to become a regular!

I'm so happy that we found Leeward Market. The food was fantastic the place is very clean, orderly and welcoming. The woman that took our order was incredibly pleasant and friendly. A+++++
Fresh and fast sandwiches, breakfast, and their specials are always great! Try out the cheese steak or meatball sub.
