Very impressed by this place. I got the mango green tea with coconut jelly and it was wonderful. They use real natural ingredients and no weird stuff. Love to come back and try the other flavors.
Their bubble tea is always a treat. Sometimes the wait is a little long, they do their best to keep up with the traffic.
A solid boba tea place, they don't but a ton of boba but the house milk tea flavor is solid.
Waited on line for over 40 minutes .... then got to order and couldnt order because they didnt take cards. Not sure if their machine was down or not. But there was only a tiny sign up right at the register. You could not see it unless you were at the register

I asked for a Kokee Milk tea and gave me Coffee milk tea and when we tried to change them they said we had to buy them again. They didn’t even have compassion for kids, My son was the customer and was pretty devastated
My experience today was horrible I’m the kind of person that never complains but what happen today was so disrespectful, I orders two drinks, the lady that was taking my order was checking a tablet I’m guessing is a door dash tablet, at the same time I was ordering, she got both of my drinks wrong, when I told her if its extra I dont mind paying the difference then she raised her voice saying the drinks she was giving me were the ones I ordered I said no, she did fixed them but as she was doing it she was growling super loud and throwing stuff around and talking to the other girl she was working with my little brother felt so bad and scared because she was making those sounds, like if he did something wrong, I always come to this place never had a problem till today I wasn’t asking for free drinks, I just think this was very rude and unprofessional, maybe this girl was having a bad day but that was not the way to act specially infront of a kid
Why do you say you’re going to close at 8 if you’re going to close 1 hour earlier? A real inconvenience for people like me who went out of their way to come get tea. It was like this last time too but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Either update your time OR close on time. This is ridiculous.
(i normally don’t write reviews but for this i did) I used to have a good experience here but not anymore, it’s been a while. the staff just has a weird attitude towards customers. & literally the past 4 times i’ve tried to go get boba they closed at least 45 min to an hour early before closing time. 2 days ago they closed an hour early and i walked over to ask for a freakin NAPKIN(i had cut myself lmao) and before i could even open my mouth this lady was like “we’re closed!” i tried to ask again & she kept saying “we’re closed” over & over again. how hard is it to grab a napkin lol i just walked away so i wouldn’t say anything rude
