Visited this place at approximately 2:30 PM on a Sunday. I ordered from the drive thru and the food I received was not even warm, barely room temperature. Staff is nice, but overall the food is subpar at this location.
Very rude customer service. The fries was very salty or may be they put magic on it. They was this old black lady on the drive thru, when we requested for a drink, she immediately close the window on us.. very disrespectful. If you don’t want to work, don’t work. Do no take people business for a joke. Next time I will report her to her manager. What a disappointment!
This has got to be the WORST KFC I've ever been too. I am an Uber driver and every single time I have a pick up from this establishment the workers are in conflict. The cashier stepped out both times to smoke a cigarette. (Different cashier's each trip.. must be something they just do). The prep workers in the back of the house were arguing. Nothing was ready.I try to avoid this location at all costs.
Did not get served they just kept looking at me I ask for service but they just ignore me thank u for asking have a bless night
Food was great, but the 2 piece box special on their web page was good only for last month and a small side is $2.89.Even with the price of 1 box plus 1 extra size you are better off paying $2 more and ordering 2 boxes with 2 different sides. You get the 2 sides you want and 2 more pieces of chicken for lunch the next day.
Love their Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Hands down better than Popeyes, Burger King and McDonald's. Customer service was exceptional as well.
Employees ignored me but were quick to wait on other people. Chicken was tough.
My grandchildren were hungry so we dropped in. They enjoyed it.

I've tried to eat here few and far between over the years, KFC's food is good; that certainly is not the issue. The service sucks, and it always has. Dating back to 2005. I used to go myself, but the wait times are awful for family meals.. i have waited restaurant wait times for food here on multiple occasions.. defeating the purpose of fast food. To dodge this issue I have tried delivery...Do not order delivery from this restaurant, I have yet to receive A SINGLE ORDER from here that was not missing something. OR SOMEONE ELSES ORDER ENTIRELY. It's absolutely ridiculous, and has never been the fault of the driver. I have received entirely different orders with my name on them at worst, and am missing at least one major food item at best each order.. my kids keep asking so I keep trying.. not anymore.. not this location.
