This has to be the most incompetent Jimmy John's in the country, or at least I hope so. This team NEVER gets your order right. I just went there yesterday and ordered 3 subs. One was missing the meat entirely (how does that even happen) and the other two had a sour taste and gave both my wife and I food poisoning - so I can only assume they're saving ingredients from the previous days(s). I understand "good help is hard to find", but if your help can't follow simple instructions such as "cut the sandwich in half" or add the appropriate ingredients that were ordered (meat) and/or they're using old ingredients - this place should be avoided at all cost.
Ordered through app for Parole location pickup. Store very clean. Staff friendly. Italian sandwich delicious.
I'd like to tell you about the wonderful experience I had at this location but I can't....I ordered online and went to the store to pick it up. I couldn't however because I didn't have a mask and the store requires one despite Anne Arundel County dropping the mask mandate 2 weeks prior! They wouldn't even hand me the subs through the door when I was OUTSIDE! Russia is starting WWIII and these simple minds care about masks that don't do anything! One can go to Firehouse Subs or Cappriatti's next door and get an awesome sub...go there not here.
“Freakishly Fast my ...” Took almost an hour to get my food. They only got the second star because the delivery girl was nice about it but its still unacceptable if the entire basis of your business is based on fast service & delivery. Especially when you’re already in close proximity .....they only deliver 50ft from their stores anyway ?

I’ve always loved Jimmy Johns, and this was my first experience with this location. I ordered a sandwich via the app and I picked up my order which the process was very slow at this location. I arrived at my location and went to enjoy my sandwich and the wrapping was disgusting covered in all sorts of toppings, then once I opened it I found my sandwich to be made incorrectly. I only have a short break for lunch, now that they incorrectly made my sandwich I am going hungry for lunch since I don’t have time to go back. I called the store to let them know of the mistake and they refunded me my purchase but didn’t even offer the opportunity for them to remake the sandwich stating “they are too busy”. I will not being going back to this location.
I wish I could give 0 stars, I work at bed bath and beyond, literally 2 minutes away from this location. It took 2+ hours to get my food, and 45+ minutes for my coworkers to get theirs. They forgot a few pieces of my order and when I called to speak to a manager, they were being very rude. I will NEVER ever give this location my money ever AGAIN.
I have often ordered from here and it seems it has gotten worse. Aside from taking 35+ minutes to deliver an order. They constantly forget my beverages, chips or cookies. The last time they forgot my sodas said they would bring them back and never did. I understand that everyone is busy but the business model of poor customer service is never good. I recommend avoiding this location if you want good customer service because you won’t find it here.
Consistently inconsistent. Sometimes closed when hours are open. Service is freaky slow
Took them 2 hours to deliver one little John sandwich and I’m literally 3 minutes away!!! They are not freaky fast!!!
