I used to work here, and I will say worst work experience I ever seen even employees who been there for many years still complain about the company I got blamed falsely for “throwing bag down on delivery” and “being rude” to customers when everyone in the store knows that not me and when I tried to talk to management about it I was called a liar. I will say their Management is very sub par and from what I hear all to most jimmy John locations are like this unfortunately with the exception of 1 and even that one is “ok” at best. even when I went to call out for a doctors appointment the area manager said “whatever just billing in a note” if I could give this place a negative star I would.
Didn’t receive correct order, even after having it read back to me after ordering. Associates were rather rude.
Walked in and ready to order. Was not greeted. Finally someone looked up from stocking cups and said “I can’t take your order.” Another employee making sandwiches then asked if I had placed my order online which I had not. He told me I’d have to wait about a half an hour to order. Poor management. Very unprofessional employees.

Like all the other reviews said this location is probably one of the worst in existence. Their idea of freaky fast delivery is 2 hours without a call or notification. When I called I was told they were too busy to let anyone leave to deliver food. And when I finally got my food which I ordered directly off the menu it was covered in Mayo which doesn’t even come on the sub! This happened twice! I avoid this location now and just drive to the one in the towne center
If you are in a hurry. Don't order online. They will mess it up and waste your small lunch window. I got a refund and the manager told me she couldn't print me a refund recipe.3 to 5 days I will be waiting for a refund she did mention also. Not going back.
Really terrible customer service. Delivery takes 1hr+ each time I order from this location. I love JJ sandwiches and their brand, but AVOID this location at all cost! Freaky Fast, definitely not!
45 minutes to deliver one sandwich and I’m less than 3 miles away from the downtown Annapolis location. Sandwich tastes horrible btw. Never again. Person who showed up to deliver sandwich had no Jimmy John shirt hat or even signage on their car.
