My wife & I were here for happy hour, so our $6 beers only cost us $4. We had to sit at the bar to partake in happy hour & that worked out great. Our server was fantastic. We got a pizza & asked to delete one item & double up an another & it came just as we requested. We would definitely go here again.

Just barely decent....waitress was friendly but new. Immediately after ordering appetizer she wanted food order so it all ended up coming out at the same time. I had the cod fish tacos that came with a hard shell and a softer one on the outside. It was more lettuce than fish (very little fish) so I ended up just eating it with a fork. My friend had the salmon with jasmine rice and broccoli. Salmon looked dry. Appetizer was wings (plain) cooked crispy. Didn't taste them but was told they were good. Had a margarita, ehhhh,Could've went without it. Not impressed at all.

Dinner with a group of friends. The restaurant was nice Food was average The pretzel appetizer was amazing. Definitely have them. I will go back

This was our first visit to a restaurant since COVID 19 (Dec 2019). Our attendant (Ms. Rainey) was pleasant and welcoming. She was very familiar with the menu items, making our selections easier. The ambiance was relaxing with enjoyable music that was not loud, allowing for good conversation vs. shouting. The food was fresh, well prepared; great beer as well. Overall, we enjoyed our first dining experience at Gordon Biersch and plan to return. Great place for casual dining. Kudos to the chef and staff!

Walked out our last visit, the place is slipping so badly. Years ago, it was steady and enjoyable. Covid hit the place hard. Customers seem to have returned, but service sucks. The chatty host talked to us for five minutes at our table. We told her our last server was sub-par so she made a point of bringing over their supposed server trainer to take care of us. He said we’d get the best service. We put in our drink order. Over five minutes later we got water, but no drinks. Then we waited and waited. Not only did no one come back to take our order, we didn’t even get our drinks which we’re waiting at the bar. We waited another 20 minutes and finally walked out, the hostess begging for us to stay. Not only did we not stay, we’ll never be back.

Best schnitzel in town! I love the atmosphere and it's definitely a great place to catch up with friends. There's a high top bar side and a dine in area, but in either spot, the food is what really stands out. The sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes are also delicious!!

Upscale with a mix of traditional brewery fare and higher end meals. Great brews, nice vibe, convenient location & parking.

They served us beer with someone's lipstick smeared all around the glass rim. Chicken was dryer than the Sahara. Wagyu burger was burnt black and over cooked when I asked for medium rare. Order taking was below average as condiments I asked not to be on my burger was ignored. Surprised this place is still in business after the pandemic given how poorly everything was. You couldn't pay me to step foot in there again. I sent back my food and got a real burger at 5 guys.

Only giving a 2 for the garlic fries & sliders. Otherwise, our waiter Asia’s service was trash. Had to ask for plates, forgot my water, acted as if everything we asked for was a problem or made it seem as if she would have to go out of her way based on her tone. She also checked on us like twice & when we got our food & were wondering where she was at one point, I looked up & noticed her pull her mask down in the kitchen & grab a bite of food from the ledge. The only time she showed some type of good energy was right before she gave us a check. When she did give us the check, she didn’t say goodnight or anything. Do better.

I absolutely love this Gordon Biersch. A favorite for me and my family. We love to get a meat platter and pretzel to start. The appetizers are delightful but you have to save yourself for the main course. The specialty garlic fries are too good to be true. They have plenty of spice and saltiness. I long for the next day I get to eat Gordon Biersch again.
