I have eaten here a handful of times and each time has been disgusting and the customer service poor. The last time I requested a cup of water and when I took a sip it tasted like hand sanitizer. I returned the drink to the cashier and explained to her what the issue was and she acted as if she suddenly could no longer speak English. Today, I returned to Five Guys at the mall after a long hiatus. I ordered a burger and a cup of water. The same thing; the water tasted like a cleaning agent of some sort. I returned the water and then had to purchase a bottle of water. I tried to explain the issue to the cashier and again this individual pretended not to understand what I was saying. She did nothing to fix the water issue and did not tell her manager who was making food. I will never eat here again.

The food is phenomenal! The customer service was amazing! The man that handed me the food was so friendly and provided outstanding customer service! I'll definitely come back more. I was craving a burger and fries and this experience covered it. Thank you for being awesome!
The cheeseburgers I had ordered here have very fresh onions and jalapenos. Very good price and very good quality food. This restaurant is also very close to my place, Bourtadakis Barber Shop, 108 Old Solomons Island Road Suite U-8 Annapolis, MD 21401

This Five Guys is in a food court inside a mall; therefore, there are no peanuts. Service is standard and the little cheeseburgers are reliably yummy. Plenty of socially distant seating which was nice.
Service at this location has vastly improved in the last year.
