Never again. My steak fell on the counter, was scraped off the counter and still used. I said something but was told it wasn’t mine. Highly doubt it but either way, if you drop the steak replace it with fresh steak. I got to my car and literally not even a 1 min lapse in time to find the bread totally soggy with water at the bottom! I didn’t even eat it just threw it in the trash. ??
I just walked out of Firehouse subs at the Festival Plaza in Annapolis and will not likely be back.I walked in at 4:00pm on Monday April 11th, 2022. Two employees behind the counter, appear to me miserable to even be alive. Neither of them greeted me, I’ve never been to this location before so after looking at the menu I was ready to order. I guess I disturbed them as I was the only guest in the building, but I immediately got an attitude from the young lady behind the register, “You order here.” Okay, so I place my order - Large Steamer, she rings it in the computer, doesn’t repeat my order back and just stands there staring at me. I ask her the total and she points to the credit card screen below me. At this point I’m wondering if she is a mute, but then I recall that she did in fact use 3 words a minute ago. I asked her again what the total was, I wanted to make sure she heard my order correctly. She replied, “It’s right there” while rolling her eyes and continuing with an attitude. I had enough and walked out. Overall horrible experience, this young woman has no business in any customer service related role, unfortunately she is the face of the company, one I do not care to see again.

I never usually give bad reviews to anything but it is baffling how terrible my experience was. My food is almost never right when I order from here (I have dietary restrictions) but I always try and be nice asking for it to get remade. The girl Deja that was working couldn’t have been more rude than she was to me. She got defensive and said they made it how it was ordered when the receipt right on the bag said no cheese at all and there was cheese on it. Made sure to complain about every aspect. Completely made me feel awful just for wanting my order to be correct. I don’t think she needs to be fired I guess but everyone needs a lot more training on preparing the food and their customer service. I don’t even feel comfortable going there anymore and still haven’t been contacted by management when this happened days ago. It’s a shame I’ll have to find somewhere else farther away from home.
Went here last week. Service was fast and friendly. When I got home and took a bite of my sandwich, bit into a slice of wax paper, which I'm assuming it's to separate the meat or cheese. The manager (Cole) called to make things right but he has not called me back and I can't leave a voicemail because his mailbox is full.Update: Talked to Cole and he apologized and made things right. Thanks Cole.
I just walked out … the young lady said to give her a second and I understand they were busy but they need more than just 2 people in there. The whole lobby was full of customers and only saw 2 employees making sandwiches. Get some extra help. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this firehouse
I keep trying to make this place work for me. It's local and the manager Grace is super nice (not sure she is still there). When we order meatball subs the subs are.sliced all the way through, so the meatballs slide right out the bottom when you boys it. Tonight I put in the instructions not to slice the roll Al the way through. They ended up calling me for clarification. No problem. Asked for neither of the two subs ordered to be sliced all the way throughMeatball sub was fine, pastrami was literally sliced all the way through. In addition pastrami sub was under cooked, grizzly bits unable to be chewed. Cheese on only one side of the sub and I ordered extra cheese. Half the sub had no meat and was soggy from some kind of liquid. This is absolutely the last time I'll order from this location. The staff doesn't care.
Multiple times that i order on doordash from this location and ask for one of my subs to not have mayo on it it always comes with mayo, literally on the doordash and printed receipt says no mayo and still get mayo on my sub which makes it inedible for me. Don’t understand why the workers can’t properly read the reciept of the food they are making but my 30 min break at work is once again ruined by this place.
The young lady are the counter was very nice and helpful with helping the children in making a discussion with there food.
On a Thursday night I was looking for a sub shop and found this place. The posted hours said that they were open. The hours on the door said they were open until 9 PM. I arrived just before 9 PM and they were closed. Close to nine but not 9 PM. Inside they were already taking apart the deli bar and sweeping up, it was obvious they had closed sooner than now and certainly not at 9 PM. I won’t be back for a second chance.
