Not all Einstein Bagels are the same. This location was disappointing. There was barely any Everything seasoning topping it. At another location the seasoning was on both sides but not here. And you are charged an additional $1.99 for cream cheese which is enough to purchase a container of plain cream cheese and they barely put any on my bagel. This one is the closest to my home (1.5 hours). I was so looking forward to having this bagel. What a let down.

Just grabbed bagels for breakfast from this Einstein and they were yummy. Currently they are not allowing eat-in, which was fine by us as we were planning to take back to our room. All three of us are thumbs up. Their specialty bagels are really good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I had French toast bagel, my son had garlic, and hubby had jalapeño cheddar. All were so good.

Amazing service from every single employee! Greeted by all and received kind and friendly service which we found refreshing due to the lack of customer service nowadays. Kudos to a great staff and hopefully they are acknowledged for their efforts. We will be back!
