Very good Breakfast! Endearing and friendly staff. Service was surprisingly quick!! The eggs Benedict was spot on; eggs poached perfect, English muffin was neither over or under done. The only criticism of note is the potatoes were plain.
I love experiencing new diners. This one may be my top favorite. I’ve been several times now, and the experience is always the same. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is the best I’ve ever had from a diner (and they make their own jams/jellies - delicious!). The atmosphere is what you would expect from a diner, and it gets busy (no surprise - why wouldn’t it?!) If you’re wondering if you should go... go!
It was wonderful. Very clean, everything was delicious, especially the fresh, warm homemade Cinnamon Rolls. The Staff are friendly and accommodating. You know you're in Maryland when you have Old Bay on the breakfast table. If I lived closer I would definitely be a Regular.
The food was good enough, the eggs tasted like box eggs with the exception for the poached eggs. The whole meal used mostly reusable products with the exception of the single use plastic cups for butter. So close, yet not quite there.
Eggcellence is our favorite breakfast spot in Annapolis! It’s easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, but it is worth stopping by. The coffee is amazing and the blueberry homemade jam is our favorite!
Everything I have ever ordered here has been fantastic.The staff is always pleasant and helpful, even turning me onto new food combinations and vacation destinations.They even ran my mother-in-law's purse out to us when she forgot it. I've been here many times for breakfast and it is the best place in Annapolis for breakfast. The service is excellent. The eggs are always cooked to perfection. Their bacon is awesome. Hash browns are made in store. All delicious and always served quickly.
The food here is amazing and the service is fantastic. For those that need gluten free they have many options and can accommodate some meals with changes. The Crab Hash is amazing and highly recommended.
First time here and it certainly won't be our last! Nice breakfast menu selections and good food quality for a very reasonable price. Coffee was a bit stronger than we like but still flavorful (We'll try the lattes next time.). Meal portions are very generous and they'll substitute anything on the menu. The half waffle (very light and flaky!) is a nice option not usually seen. Be careful when you sit on the chairs as ours were very wobbly and felt like they were about to collapse. Bathrooms are gender neutral, quite large and contain a convenient changing station within. For 2 coffees, a small OJ and 2 breakfast platters the bill only came to $31 (before tip). Definitely will be one of our top breakfast spots!
The service and the meal were great. You have no idea how many fabulous ways there are to fix eggs. But if you want to know, try Eggcellence. I really enjoy their baked eggs. They have delicious breads and muffins to tempt you. Theirs is a varied menu so go often to sample the offerings. You won't be disappointed.
