Sandwich needed to be hotter, was a little cold
Updated 2022- I’m constantly having issues with this location. My mobile orders have to be tracked down. I can be an understanding person but their customer service isn’t even good. The point of a mobile order is to be in and out and I’m constantly waiting for assistance after having to stand in line, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
Used to live next door to this place. On the plus side, their service is consistently fast and friendly and the store a welcoming little place. Unfortunately, I'm just not impressed by their coffee. It's always TOO HOT! And can taste burnt. And Dunkin's donuts? They're pretty, but look and taste like they were made in a factory. They're not bad, just not what they used to be.

No this place got me mad today they did not get my order right they they got all my food wrong with 2 drinks wrong they were working if they were confused never going back
