Meh. Salad was fresh, service was poor. There were alot of veggies missing from their lineup for that price point.
I am always looking for vegan and vegetarian options for dining out, and this place has both. The food is fresh and delicious, and I love the build-your-own-bowl option! There is also WiFi and tons of seating with outlets. Definitely one of my favorite spots to order lunch and get some work done.
Loved the Cobb salad and the guys patience with! (First time) Great food prepared well! Definitely good! Will return!
There was no category for what my complaint was. As a military wife there is nothing that feels more disregarding and minimizing than to not receive the same discount my husband is due. For one he works and we pay with HIS paycheck and two to ever think I’m not just as active in the military is so disrespectful. When we move every 4 years it’s ME who pulls our life back together while he serves the country and without me doing so he could not do it all alone! Poor choice in how to distribute the discount. The WHOLE FAMILY is active duty!
Hate to say it because I really love Chopt as a restaurant but this specific location I visit quite often & unfortunately the quality of the staff & wraps have gone downhill. I hate to be that person, but I’d say 80% + of the staff I come in contact with (I visit on a weekly basis both for curbside and just regular in-store visits) are down right awful, rude, don’t follow simple directions, on their phones, chatting with their coworkers instead of working, etc. :/ the wraps are very poorly wrapped most of the time as well, I am often on the go & I’ve learned from experience to not even attempt to eat these wraps while driving because they are a mess, not wrapped neatly, and everything falls out everywhere & is not chopped well if at all, which is seems like it would be since ya know the name is “Chopt”. I even specifically ask for it to be chopped well now because now most of the time the panko chicken is honestly like kinda gross and hard if it’s not super chopped up, but most of the time they ignore that request if I'm not physically in front of them watching them make it anyways ??♀️. Really wish there was another location nearby & if I didn’t love the wrap I get so much, I honestly probably wouldn’t even go to Chopt anymore as all the other locations are way out of my way & this one just isn’t the same anymore.
I love chop , but today there was a bug in my salad. Disgusting. Usually doesn’t happen, hopefully. Just check your food
I normally go to the Washington DC Chopt locations, but today was my first visit to this one in Annapolis. I was very satisfied with my salad. It was fresh, colorful & delicious. The workers were very friendly & efficient. Btw, I made sure that I went after the lunch crowd rush. I hope that they open a Chopt near College Pk Maryland, which would be closer to my home.
Got a salad with the Panko Breaded Chicken and was very disappointed in the chicken. Hard to chew, very dark looking, and just seemed very old like it sat out over night. I paid for 2 severing of the chicken so it wasn’t included, you think they would do better with that inconsideration.
Fresh food fast! Lots of delicious looking options to choose from. We got the Harvest bowl and it was amazing.
My favorite salad spot. I am obsessed with the chicken tinga bowl. I also love that you can create your own bowl. I usually just place an online order and pick my food up since they are usually super busy inside.
