I ordered a steak fajita bowl from this chipotle through DoorDash at 9:24 pm tonight (they stopped taking DoorDash orders at 9:30pm tonight), and as you can see in the pictures, the staff was so apparently upset that I ordered food during their business hours, that they decided to throw some smelly meat into the bowl and call it a day, JUST to drive home the point that I should be ashamed of ordering food when they claim they are open for business.I understand it's not fun to get an order right before closing time, I've worked in kitchens for years, but I specifically put 'contact me' if the store didn't have what I wanted, just to avoid this, and I received no call. I received a middle finger for trying to order from their store.Regardless of the fact that I didn't get what I ordered, the meat in the bowl literally stunk, and I promptly contacted DoorDash, whereby I got a full refund of my purchase.The only thing that was accomplished by this stunt, was that this particular chipotle is never going to get any business from me ever again.This kind of behaviour reeks of underpaid teenagers. Who else would go out of their way to cause such a mess?
This is literally the worst chipotle. The serving sizes are never ever ever consistent, the steak is always super fatty and I mean fat you can’t chew through more like gristle, anytime after 2 p.m if you order online it is a guarantee they will mess your order up because they won’t get the extra ingredients. Lastly they are always out of guacamole and chips and salad dressing because they won’t make any throughout the day so if you go here after 2 pm unless it’s a weekend know they won’t have something you want
Manager couldn’t give me a refund. Bowls were half filled, missing multiple items on them. Items like sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. The manager said whoops and they cleaned up so they couldn’t remake them. Had to deal with calling customer service and I am also calling their corporate office.
This was my family first time at this Chipotle and to say the least it was terrible. The customer service was to fast because no one listened, unpleasant, and served poor quality food. Two of children both ordered a quesadilla kids meal where the breading was stuck to the foil where it was burnt and very tough to eat. My mothers meal was made wrong and she repeated herself twice where she was then told by one of your servers " that they didn't want to be there anyways" the server had a horrible attitude. If I could score lower I would. My family enjoy going to Chipotle when we are out and about but, I will tell you on thing WE WILL NOT EVER VISIT THIS ONE AGAIN at this location.
Portions are a joke. Why is my burrito the size of a juice box?? Also, if you run out of ingredients, signs should be posted. I shouldn’t have to wait til the very end to find out you don’t have guacamole.
I've been to the Annapolis Chipotle hundreds of times. It's hard to get real food when you're going fast casual. They deliver. You can over do it, but it all tastes good.
I had the "WORST" interaction I've ever experienced with Kelly on 3/14/21 at 12:24pm at the Annapolis Mall location. I ordered a 3pointer (chicken and rice, only). It was rang up wrong. I get it, accidents happen. I gently brought it to the young man's attention, he went to get Kelly for a refund. Kelly came over I told her I ordered chicken and rice only and was charged for a bowl. Instead of partnering with her colleagues to verify, Kelly actually reached for my food in my bag to check it!!! To make matters worse, she didn't have on gloves!!!! Of course by now, we're holding up the line, which was embarrassing. I again told Kelly I only had chicken and rice and that she should just confirm with her colleagues who had "just" prepared my order as this was a big inconvenience. She refused. I had to pull every item out, one by one, which was humiliating. The whole time I wondered "is she doing this because I'm Black? Why would she degrade me or anyone in this manner?" I apologized to the customer behind me, as this process was taking long and shouldn't have happened. I got my meal out, opened it and actually showed this lady my meal!!!! In what world is this acceptable?! My salary is way too high for me to steal and more importantly, my integrity is even higher. How is she a manager or even a lead?!!!! After she saw my food, she proceeded to ask me how I paid, prior to providing a refund then charging me the correct price. No apology, no nothing!!!! I firmly believe her unacceptable behavior is because of my ethnicity. Never again will I spend my hard-earned money at this establishment. "Never". In addition, I will post this exact review on as many platforms as I can, to spread awareness about the treatment delivered st Chipotle in Annapolis Mall by Kelly. I am absolutely looking forward to follow up, even if that means I will be the initiator.
This is with not questions about the most popular place to eat.... this food is just delicious!!!
Ordered 3 bowls and not a single one was right. I understand the food industry isn't the easiest to work in but come on..they were COMPLETELY off, different meat, no rice, added ingredients that weren't on there...they seem to mess something up every single time. Will be going to the Edgewater location from now on
Arrived at my chosen time to up a mobile order but still had to wait 10-15 minutes before it was ready. Paid for a full bowl and it was only 3/4 full... Disappointed!
