Attended reopenning of indoor play area. Very clean and fun. Staff organized a very enjoyable time with a very talented balloon artist and engaging, calm and equally as talented magician. All three of my small kids had a ball! Food was of high quality as always and with great choices fruit, side salads that support our kids healthy eating. Food was dekiverede quickly to our table. This location is twenty minutes from our home, and we have two locations within five minutes from our home, but with play area now open see ourselves returning many more times. ???
I like this chick fi la, they are always so nice here. I do deliveries n also come in as a customer. I like that some of the employees have learned my name. Very welcoming place!!! Please keep up the great service!
Went through the drive thru and ordered a 1 with egg and cheese(chicken biscuit with egg and cheese) and a 4 count mini. I get home and it’s a chicken biscuit with cheese (I’ve never ordered a biscuit with cheese from Chick-fil-A) so I called and spoke with Alexis and she said she was the manager.. she was nice nasty and no help at all- she told me to give her the order number off of the receipt and I told her I must have left it in the car.. she told me she will forward my issue to the cares team and if I don’t respond to the call they will not help me. I’m like whoa.. is that a threat.. I’m not gonna be sitting around waiting for Chick-fil-A to call me.. they don’t employ me.. I told her why is that you just can’t put in the computer that I’m owed a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese and she decided to tell me she was forwarding it to the cares team. By the way I 100% believe she was the one who took my order. Alexis THE MANAGER was NICE NASTY and no help and unapologetic (genuinely)!!!!!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE SOMMERVILLE CHICK-FIL-A IN ANNAPOLIS MARYLAND!!!!!

I don't know what it is about this Chick-fil-A but every time I order more than 2 things here something gets left behind. Make sure you check your bag before you pull away because they're not putting everything you paid for in there
Great location. All of the food is amazing. I would avoid ordering the large Mac N Cheese as they do not fill them up all the way. Literally the same size as a medium at almost double the price.
Curbside was closed due to darkness.Going in to pick up wasn't too bad.Restrooms were clean and convenient after a 3hr 45m round trip.
Employees are always friendly but my god the drive-thru needs some restructuring/better management. This is the third time I’ve sat in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes. I thought 3rd time would be the charm but no. This is now unacceptable. I do not consider this fast food. In fact, it’s incredibly stressful because it takes unreasonably long. Avoid avoid avoid this location if you don’t have more than 30 minutes to spare to idle in a drive-thru line.
Usually we love this location. Went tonight special as our high school was hosting a fundraiser. We did mobile order, per the flyer, but we were told our ticket would not count. We asked how we could fix that, but no one wanted to help. They messed up our order, wrong sandwich and none of our sauces. Brought our to go order to the counter not in a carrier. Very disappointing. Mistakes happen, but the unhelpful attitude was frustrating and disheartening.
Half your tables in the resturant were for employees only! 50% and at peak lunch hour too! What is this operator thinking?? I can see making one or two tables employee only. The whole 40 minutes I was there I saw zero employees sit at any table. To top it off an employee, although very nice and professional, made me move. I didn't see the sign since it was in the corner. I just saw a free table when the resturant was full of patrons. This is one signature member who will not be back to this specific location. Corporate, please have this changed or train your operator/mgmt better.
