The Annapolis Mall Store always give my food to someone else.... This happened to me 3 times in 2 months. Really nice people though! Always smiling and extremely polite, just seems to give my order to others?
This location lacks quality and portion control. If you complain you end up feeling in the wrong. I refuse to purchase and eat at a place that treat their customers the way I've been treated and witnessed on a number of occasions.

Recently I saw a tv advertisement for Chic Fillet 's chicken tortilla soup. The only good chicken tortilla soup I've ever eaten out was at Boston Market quite some time ago. So, I decided to go out for lunch today and try some at this establishment. The soup was sufficiently served hot with tortilla strips on the side to add yourself, which I thought was smart. Lots of chicken chunks and white beans( not sure what kind ) made the soup delicious and hearty. My only complaint was that it was entirely too spicy and my mouth was feeling the heat from peppers( ? ) several minutes after finishing. Unfortunately, unless you love intensely spicy food you will not like this recipe. It is two to three times spicier than I like my foods.
Every Chick Fil A CHICK FIL A SAUCE!!!! Oh my. Its come to the point I purchased the sauce from Safeway and put it on every type of meat I cook. Love it! I have to learn the ingredients. Owner what's your ingredients I must know?

This chick fil a location is so disappointing, the staff is not kind, and they will have 15 people waiting for their food and have side conversations rather then running the food to guests. I waited 12 minutes for a sandwich and fry. Meanwhile my bad with my order was sitting on the counter behind them for the 10 minutes after it was placed there to be brought to me
