It's like a Greek version of Chipotle. Super healthy, super yummy Mediterranean eats. Fast, friendly, and good for you. Staff at this location was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Love the tea and juice bar.
The one positive was the beverage station. The food was mediocre at best. Whenever anyone asked the staff a question about the food they pointed to the signage rather than answering them. They were also stingy with the sauces and toppings. One lady asked three times for a little bit more. It was not worth what we paid. We will not be going back.

Probably my new favorite chain to get bowls. Great, fresh flavors and large portions. They also offer a 50% discount to first responders.
First time visiting Cava and we were very pleased with the food and the service. My granddaughter prepared us ahead of time so that we wouldn't be confused about our choices because things move pretty fast, which is a good thing. We got a warm pita, with tzatziki sauce, falafel, tomato and cucumber salad and a cucumber dressing. It was huge, delicious and very affordable. The workers are very helpful and nice. We will definitely go back when we are in the area.
Enjoy the flavors and the service, but my group of 5 had soupy meals and found the music aggravating. Perhaps use slotted spoons like at chipotle to drain the extra juice before putting the meal together.
Great place for a quick healthy meal. I love that when you order it calculates the amount of calories in what it is that you are ordering. I feel like it made me make better choices in my ordering. I like that there's a good variety of things that you can incorporate into your meal but it isn't so many that you feel overwhelmed. The website is also really easy to order from and the staff in person are very friendly. I had heard really good things about CAVA and I'm so glad that I went, because they're all true :)
This is my Mediterranean go-to place for fast casual dining when I want something a little healthier and more flavorful. They feature a great, but brief and to the point menu, a symphony of colorful flavors and textures with adequate portions and a price that's competitive with other similar choices from Chipotle and Chopt to Qdoba. I would suggest ordering ahead if you're in a rush and enjoy the outdoor seating if that what suits you. Personally, the only thing I'm not a fan of is the lamb meatballs, which sound great but don't deliver for me, however, everything else is delicious. Include the optional pita for great finish.

Online order for pickup through mobile app:Order placed at 7:20p for a 7:45p pickup. Confirmation email received at 7:21p. Get to the store… waiting waiting waiting. 8:00p runs around. The line that was to the door have come and gone twice and the line was nearly gone when i ask for assistance… “oh we never received your order.” With the slight sass, i fully understand they just came off a rush. But alas, i just came off a 12hr shift in the hospital and this isn’t how i wanted to end my day. We’re human, i get it. Just wish there was more sincerity or something they could have done to make it right. Note, never do online ordering…
