Sorry, but that experience was not good at all. The sandwich was WAY salty and just not edible. Poor prep for sure. The young lady behind the counter apparently has an aversion to eye contact. I asked her at one point, “sorry, are you speaking to me?” and she STILL would not look up from the floor. Just no leadership there. They only get a second star because I know they have hope of doing better next time. For now, it’s a duce.

Hands down the best meatball sandwich I've ever had!!! I don't understand the 4 or less star reviews on this place. It's authentic true Italian sandwiches that haven't been watered down by American standards. You can tell the passion and love they put into their food. Their marinara sauce is absolutely magical. A very close second in sandwiches is their chicken parmesan sandwich. I cannot wait to try the rest of their menu. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was excellent, especially for a chain restaurant. I got the Capastrami and it checked a lot of boxes for me - lots of pastrami, good coleslaw and Russian dressing. Check check check. The fries were great as well.I was somewhat peeved that my meal came out in a to go bag. Environmental concerns aside, it hid the fact that there were zero napkins and ketchup. Even that would’ve been fine except there was neither ketchup nor napkins to be found. I had to ask. Then there were the employees who were obviously dead inside but that’s to be expected from a glorified fast food joint.I thought I was being nit picky and then I watched an employee cough without properly covering her mouth. We’re talking maskless, full mouth open cough. On the bright side she pointed it away from people and towards the chips.I’d recommend it for the food if you’re around and starving. Just set your expectations accordingly.

Ordered sandwiches the absolute worst representation of Capriotti sandwich. Lois Margolet would be so disappointed god rest her soul.Roll horrible meats and sandwich not made well meats paper thin. So sad I spent 54 with tip and actually threw them out . Don't waste your money ....

I only ordered from this sandwich shop because they had hot pepper relish, and other nearby shops didn't.Then, they didn't put the pepper relish on my sandwich. My craving was literally just pepper relish, not even the sandwich.

Went to the Annapolis location to get thie Wagu Roast Beef Sub. $22 later I have to say it was not worth it. Very little meat, mostly lettuce and tomatoes. It looked nothing like the picture. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Almost unbelievable how bad an order can be wrong. First and biggest issue is that we received 3 out of 4 subs. The 4th being a sub for my daughter which makes it much worse than forgetting my sub. None of the subs had fried hot peppers as ordered, and the subs with fried hots on the side had a side of crushed pepper relish. No mushrooms? No worries they'll add them onto the sub either way. No tomatoes? No problem, they'll put them on there anyway.

It's a good sandwich. But I always need a day off after eating a large sub from there. It's on the big side and I'm starting to think it's not made for just one person. But, tasty.

Ask many a Delawarean if they are familiar with Capriotti's...you'll almost always get a response! What to do then when a Delawarean ends up in Maryland? Seek out the nearest Capriotti's!Fortunately, there is one location in Annapolis that hits the right spot. The Bobbie (cold) is my go-to favorite, but there is also a hot variation of the Bobbie now, as well as a number of cheesesteaks.Enjoy!
