Food quality and taste has gone down precipitously over the years. BBQ Chicken was paper-thin and lacking in flavor; Carne Asada was hopelessly greasy and unevenly distributed. See photo. It can be considered fast-food pizza. Disappointing considering the premium prices.I highly recommend Neo Pizza in the Towne Center. Mod Pizza is also good.

Love this place. Always get the roasted veggie salad with shrimp or chicken and it's so good. The customer service is on point which is what keeps taking me back there.
Cauliflower shrimp scampi pizza with added feta cheese, mushrooms and spinach. And the warm butter cake with ice cream delicious.
The pizza here is incredible! I would recommend the 5 Cheese and Tomato!
Great food and great service. Jerk chicken pizza had so much flavor just wished it was a bit spicier. Buffalo cauliflower was a great way to start the meal. Marcus the manager took great care of us and made sure our experience was memorable. Definitely will be be back when we come back to town.
I am so disappointed with CPK and the service that I received today. I called to place an order and was asked to hold. Almost 6 minutes later and no one picked up. I hung up and called back, no answer. I called back a third time and told the lady that I was on hold and no one came back. She took my order with an attitude. Then, as we were hanging up, she slammed the phone in my ear. I have been a customer here for more than 20 years, eating at this restaurant sometime 3 times a week. The quality of food has gone down tremendously as well as the customer service. The only reason why I continue to eat here is because of Lyndy and Laura. They are the absolute best when it comes to customer service and knowing my order and how I like it. Other than that... I have nothing good to say anymore. I will not be patronizing this business anymore. This review is for the Annapolis, MD location.
Used to be our go-to before Corporate decided to shake things up and sent some folks in from Philadelphia I think to fix what wasn’t broken. They fired the staff, some who had worked there for years and ran a tight ship and hired new folks. Every time we went in, staff and managers looked miserable, food quality went downhill and they have never recovered. We keep trying it every 6 mos or so but tonight was it. It isn’t awful, just not really very good and everyone still seems miserable, from the cooks to the managers. This happened before the pandemic. Hope whatever corporate db is responsible for this was fired long ago. This was our last visit. So sad about this place.
Cilantro for my husband tastes like soap. So, I specifically ordered no cilantro on his pizza. When I picked up the food, I checked the pizza at the counter before leaving. I wasn't sure if the green leaves were basil or cilantro so I showed his pizza to the cashier and asked her if the green stuff was cilantro. She told me no only to find out when I got home that they did make the pizza with cilantro. My husband had to dig it out but you can never get it fully out once it's on there. This is not the first time this is has happened. We generally like their food so it's always disappointing when they can't follow directions.Update - I just submitted my feedback via the link provided.
Awesome service at the bar. They have this deal for a take home pizza to cook at home.... Loving it.
