Went to Burger King at Annapolis md. I want to give a shout out to Courtney. You are doing a great job running things. I saw you doing drive through and handling the guest in the front. You have patience and you kept your cool. You are appreciated thank you for your great customer service. You need a raise and to be promoted. Have a great day
We do love us some Burger King. And the food there is pretty good most times. On occasion when they aren't super busy, you'll get leftover fries which taste nasty but don't bother asking for new ones or fresh ones bc the higher level employees / managers can be unbelievably snarky. They act as if it's too much to ask for fresh hot food. It's a darn shame. The people who used to work there were much nicer, significantly and acted as if they were happy you'd come to dine there. But not these folks. There are some employees there who are awesome, don't get me wrong. But they are few and far between and they are significantly overshadowed by the ones who aren't. The tables are clean about 70% of the time, the other 30% of the time they need to be wiped down, unfortunately but no one seemingly ever does it. This place has a nice hometown feel and a lot of people i know used to frequent there weekly. Haven't seen them in a while, not sure if they still make it in or have decided to meet somewhere else. I just wish it would be more like it was 5 years ago. Great service all day every day back then. Bring back the old BK style please.
I pulled into the drive thru at 10:40pm on 5/11. No response at speaker. I went to door and the worker told me to continue to drive through. Back at drive thru at 10:46. No answer. Drove to window. Now 10:47. There was one car ahead getting order fulfilled. I talked to the window advising the worker that no one was answering in the drive-through and she rudely said I will not be taking any more orders. But business hours are display Open until 11 PM. I frequent this Burger King but I will not be returning after that experience.
I went there today on my lunch break. Like most people who work for a living I had 30 minutes to get back to the job site. I pulled up to the speaker at 12:12 p.m. I sat there saying hello hello hello and is anyone there until I got quite loud at 12:19 I exited still not having been waited on and went to KFC and grabed some food there. When I drove past Burger King on my way to return to the job site the same exact car that was sitting in the entrance way will still sitting in the entrance way unable to enter the parking area or even clear the highway. As I drove past the window and I was leaving I could see that no one was standing in the Drive-Thru window service area.A terrible way to run a business at the lunch rush hour. Or any other time for that matter. 12 plus minutes addressing a speaker that no one else was on the other end of is not a pleasant way to waste your time that you don't have. I would not have had an issue if there was something wrong with the communication equipment but given the fact that it was 12 minutes total someone could have walked outside to let the customers know that the speaker was not working. There is no excuse for this
When you just need a Whopper. There's BK ready to help.
This Burger King was the best I have EVER been to! Staff was super friendly and they made sure that my order was hot and correct, which is not my normal experiences with Burger King. But this Burger King was great!!!
Really nice guy at the window at 9pm on 1/11/22, quick service for 3 cars in drive thru.
Never get rid of the spicy chicken ? ?
The manager Anna is rude and unprofessional, she should find another job, she continued to argue with seniors about coupons, she has a terrible personality and don't know how to deal with customers, the Burger King on Annapolis Rd next to the Red Lobster
Drive through was backed up all the way to the street. Went inside to order, only had to wait a minute or so to order but then waited more than 15 minutes for my food. When I left, the drive through had only moved 2 cars through.
