Service is horrible. 55 min still no food Ask to see mgr 2x. Still no mgr I asked for napkins and silverware 2x.
I am starting to think its just a BWW thing here in Maryland to be rude to guest. We waited over 10mins at the door behind 3(none were together) people who were waiting before us and not one person greeted us or spoke. I think there may have been 6 people sitting inside and alll the crew was in the kitchen pick up area. I was walking to the restroom and seen them, I say excuse me there are a bunch of us waiting at the door and 3 people yelled we're getting food you can wait! I wasn't rude and just turned around and left. They were all just standing there talking.....
I’m giving this review two stars rather than one because the food was absolutely excellent. It What was not OK was the service. We arrived during the middle of a shift change and we sat for 20 minutes with three different people telling us that someone would be over to wait on us because they were changing shifts and figuring things out. We finally got to put our drink order in 20 minutes later to a temporary waitress and waited another 10 for drinks. At This point the original waitress came over to tell us that even though we were not her table she would be taking our order. I have never felt more of an inconvenience to anyone than I did during my experience at Buffalo wild wings to their wait staff. No one wanted to wait on us, no one came and checked on our meal, no one refilled our drinks and before anyone else comments that it was probably busy and they were short staffed there was a sum total of six tables in the restaurant and an equal amount of servers. So if one table per server is understaffed I would hate to see the service during a busy time. When our food finally came out my order came out 15 minutes before my fiancé‘s order. When it was time to leave I finally had to go and track the waitress down and ask her if she could be so kind as to bring my bill to the table. Whoever is working in the back is an excellent cook as all the food was prepared perfectly But their wait staff needs a total overhaul. I attempted to speak to the manager about the issue and sat it might table another 15 minutes before giving up and leaving the restaurant dejected
We walked in and we’re greeted by an unhappy looking Squidward that told us to walk all the way to the back and seat ourselves. That interaction alone was enough to make use turn around and never come back. To whoever runs this franchise, y’all need help.
On this particular day 03/26/2022 it took forever to get an order of 15 traditional wings. Our waitress kept complaining that the kitchen was slow but she was either frustrated or just a negative person I don't know but her negativity made it even worse. I understand kitchen can be short staffed but spin it in a positive light and all will be OK.I guess she was just in that mind frame that she also dropped a tray later and spilled someone's beer on them ?I would still recommend this BWW location. Have had mostly positive experiences there.
Food came out fast, hot and delicious! Our server Alyssa was super sweet and polite, she came to check on us frequently and got us back to back drink refills. Excellent experience overall. We will be back.
Food is great but restaurant has been short staff since before Covid. Long wait times. Been ordering puck up instead of dining in.
Great service, good wings. Happy to eat here. They did forget some items from my to go order, but stuff happens.
Decided to have a quick meet up with some friends. We were all highly disappointed in our visit to BWW, we were told they were only serving fries and wings as there was only 1 cook, service was poor as well and took forever to order drinks and food as there were only 2 servers, it was not busy but seemed as though they more interested in refilling beers than doing anything else.
We were unable to actually dine here. My family and I entered the building and the group of employees made eye contact and dispersed . We waited a moment with no one willing to seat us. I stepped out into the walkway to make us a little more noticeable and it seemed to work. A young lady took notice and approached our general direction. I smiled and said hello. To which I was completely ignored…. We just turned around and left. Horrible experience. We were just bragging to our son how much we loved eating at Buffalo wild wings. We are now traveling to another wing place.
