My daughter and I had the best burger there today. We walked in and got real worried, every table had people sitting down waiting for food and 2 groups in front of us and nobody was eating. I thought we would be waiting forever, but I was soo wrong. Our order was taken in 2 minutes and our food served 5 minutes later. The burger was exactly how a burger should taste. It was perfect. My daughter ate hers faster than I ate mine and that never happens. If I lived closer that would be bad news for my waistline. The place was really clean too and the employees were just as good as the food.
My husband and I frequent this place for their sandwiches and fries. He gets a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. I get the beyond burger and tater tots. Although the food is delicious, the inside has more of a cafeteria vibe and the floor is a little sticky. It doesn’t kill me but just something I noticed. We’ll continue to come here because the food is that good.
The burger itself was just ok. As you can see the tomato was almost thicker than the patty (personally I love this but I can see why it wouldn't be popular). I don't remember much of how it tasted. All in all it was just underwhelming. On top of that it seemed like the tray return area hadn't been cleaned in some time.Staff were friendly though and there were enough people to make it lively. Atmosphere was fun. Prices were fine, nothing outrageous.
Me and 2 co workers just ordered from BGR @ Annapolis. I got the Tuna Terriyaki lettuce wrap. The other two got a Kentucky Bourbon sandwhich and Pretzel bacon burger. All we’re out of this world ! Cooked to perfection. The sweet potato fries were amazing as well!! Quick delivery ! Easy to use website! Highly recommend BGR @ Annapolis!
We were a group of 5 elderly women who needed lots of help with our orders. The staff was endlessly helpful and patient with us.We all agreed the burgers were superior in every way to those in any other burger restaurant. We will surely return soon. Marge Hardy
Holy cow. This was an AMAZING experience. I ordered Pretzel Bacon Cheese and it was perfection. Perfectly cooked. The fries were fresh and crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. Big flakey salt but not overpowered. Many condiment options at the table. 10/10 will eat here again
Best burger I’ve had in ages outside of my own grill. The big guy with the bad eye was was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend the place to others

I am amazed how good this place was. I am very greatful for the burgers and for the wagyu knowing it was my first time having wagyu it was extremely good and very nice/cool employees. I will definitely have to have BGR again. Also just a little side note you should build one in Salisbury, Maryland.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the chipotle bison burger was sent from heaven! It is pure perfection. Get bacon cheddar lettuce and guacamole on it too omg! The tater tots are torch as well!!! Put my husband on and we both love it.
