I’ve never had such a horrendous experience with a pizza place. I paid for pepperonis which I never received and the pizza arrived uncut and completely undercooked. The cheese in the middle wasn’t even really melted. Crust was bad. I ordered fries and it barely even filled the bottom of the container they put them in. When I called the person on the phone was rude and refused to help at all. I asked for pepper flakes and Parmesan on the side and he continued to tell me he sent it until I said we never got it and then said they were all out of Parmesan and pepper flakes. Never ordering here again. I’d advise anyone else to steer clear as well. I paid $30 for something that was entirely inedible.
The food was really good but customer service wasn’t the best. Did not feel welcomed by the cashier at all.
Sad, no flavor or seasoning. Poor quality. Salad used iceberg lettuce drowning in dressing.Meatballs frozen, no taste no even hot all the way through.Bread, not Italian.Short cuts, Pizza was lacking seasoning.Not good! waste of time and money.

I've had better bowling alley Pizza. Worst ever. It tasted like they put a layer of sea salt over the pizza. The crust was hard and stale. The sauce tasted like Campbell's tomato soup. I thought pizza sauce was red not orange.
Ordered a margarita pizza and the dough was completely raw. I tried calling and they were rude and unhelpful. They blamed the delivery driver for the raw dough.
This place was highly recommended to me so I gave it a try lastnight (12/4/21) I called in my order over the phone. The guy immediately asked me to hold and returned with no greeting, spoke so fast and rushed me off the phone. When I asked how long he rudely yelled 30 mins and hung up.I entered the restaurant and he greeted me with "YES" I said I here to pick up he says "What did you get" I tells him. I then asked for his name and he just stared at me. The name on the receipt says Pasquale C.However, the pizza was good (a lil salty) but I won't be returning. Customer service is very important and I will not spend my money where it isn't wanted or appreciated. Sucks to have this as a first time experience.
