Food was good my first time in. This time, no food. I came in before they were closed and they refused to do anything from the menu because they were closing soon. Bad business. If you are open, you offer your menu. Otherwise, change your open hours. Will not be coming back. Staff needs work with the definition of service.
The food is and always has been delicious. Best bagels in town. But the worst service ever. Been like this forever. The owner is incredibly rude and so is most of the staff. But the food is great
I’ve seen this place around and finally decided to stop in for the first time and this is definitely my new go to for bagels! Great selection, looks to choose from and food is priced great and tastes great! The teenage girl working there was really sweet and patient with me ordering. Definitely going back!
Useless waste of time. Terrible service, 2 sandwich minimum to order for pickup, then when you get there, they dont have your order. Just useless. Then the lady at the counter says, "I'll make it real quick", I Come back and she says "I just threw it in the trash, but it is in the bag if you still want it" . Wasted 4 lunch breaks trying to give this "local spot" a chance, but just disrespectful at this point. How Dare you offer me food from the trash?? ? just ridiculous.
Always have my favorite bagels available (sesame seed, seeds on both sides, always so efficient, slicing the bagels just so! Definitely the bagels place to go to in the Annapolis metro area!
Service is terrible, staff acts like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order, bagels are mediocre, eggs were pre-made and kept heated or microwaved. Just didn’t seem fresh :(
Went there with friends,only allowed 1 person in place at a time. Workers were rude and basically lectured us on 1 person at a time. Will not go there again. Bagel was Ok but not after the way we were all treated

Im from out of town and tried to call and order a bagel sandwich for pickup and they said they didnt want my business unless i ordered 2 sandwiches. Thats right. If you are alone, they will refuse your business! Im sure the bagels are good but i wouldnt know. Beware!
