We really enjoyed dinner here when it finally arrived! Stared off with the onion rings and they were really good. Unfortunately, it took about 35 minutes after ordering! Thank God for sports on TV so we were distracted.The Deli department Pizza was spot on. The food here....excellent! The wait to get it, not acceptable.Our server was okay but didn't notice our wait until I finally called her over. Appears way understaffed.I would try the food again.
Nice little neighborhood restaurant. Service was great. Food was great. If this was two hours closer to my home, everything would be great.
Willows is a locally owned family restaurant that specializes in Italian food and pizza. We eat there a few times a year and also get takeout. They have entertainment a few nights a week in the dining room. You need to make reservations on those nights.That was the case last night when we decided to go there for dinner. We were seated in the bar, which has a few booths and a number of high top tables, in addition to bar seating. We were seated at a high top. The chairs had a bar to rest your feet, so it wasn't uncomfortable.We started with drinks. My husband just got a soda. I cannot drink right now, but I asked if they could make their drink special - coconut margarita - alcohol free. The bartender did and it was delicious.My husband ordered the cup of chowder with half an eggplant sandwich. He thought the chowder had a slight vinegar taste to it; I had a small taste and didn't taste anything like that. He said his sandwich was delicious.I ordered the lasagna. It was excellent. Just the right amount of spice and a fair amount of meat and sausage in the sauce. It came with a small loaf of bread. Needless to say, I have today's lunch! Good value at $12.99, if memory serves.And what is dinner out without dessert? The hubby got the turtle cheesecake; I ordered the lemon cream cake. Both were very good and very reasonably priced at $4.99 each.I took pictures of my food, but not his. Don't ask me why.Also. I'm writing this on my phone. So I apologize if I missed some typos.

Terrible customer service. Called to place an order and asked if they had steak and cheese and was told yes but it’s a secret. Asked if I placed the order in person could I leave with the sandwich and was told yes. Drove there and ordered 5 meals one being steak and cheese and was looked at like I was crazy and told rudely absolutely not. I explained that I called and asked and was told I could. Girl again emphatically told me absolutely not could I order a steak and cheese to go! Lol It’s a steak and cheese sub. Any business who wants to lose a loyal customer over a secret steak and cheese I wish good luck to you. I would suggest learning customer service when you are in the service industry. “Absolutely not” is my review of whether to eat here or not.
Called to order take out and asked if they had steak and cheese sub. Was told they do but it’s a secret and can only be ordered in house. So I asked if I come in and order my whole order can I leave with steak and cheese??? Was told yes but it’s a secret. So drive in and place full order and when I order the steak and cheese I’m looked at like I have 4 heads and immediately told “Absolutely not” I said I had called and was told it was ok. Again told “Absolutely not” and was “a misunderstanding” Waste of my time this evening. It’s not a $500 filet it’s a steak and cheese. Usually in the Service industry if there is a misunderstanding you do what you can to have the customer leave satisfied. Not let them walk out over a “steak and cheese” Have ordered here quite regularly and will not go back. Or I should say will “absolutely not” go back. Girl up front needs to learn the hospitality industry and not push away guests. Will “Absolutely Not” go back for take out or for dine in for any secret anything. It’s a steak and cheese hello
Ok food … ok service… super rude bartenders and one older not nice waitress. We all go out to have fun after a long week of work, yet the owner thinks the staff can be rude to row customers without repercussions. Life is short yet the owner lets this attitude roll on. Terrible ownership and management of staff …good luck
The food is excellent and the staff are pleasant. However, I did not see any employees wearing masks. I would not consider eating in because of this.
Great selection of beers and wine. Their pizzas are the best. Nice vibe in the Bar area.
my family love willows. my little elderly friend love the food and dancing on Wednesday nights. thanks Dave for have such a wonderful friendly place people of all ages can enjoy
