Like , since when do they crumble bacon up? This is horrible and I’m getting my money back
It was awesome like always. Great service. Only bad thing was they didn't had chilly but it was late 7:45pm. They close early at 8 pm and I was cash only. I assume the ATM machines where not working properly. But I always carry cash. So we where good. Love Wendy's
I spent, without exaggeration, 30 minutes in the drive-through just to order a kids meal and 2 frostys. How can it possibly take this amount of time to take orders for anyone? The line of cars in front of me didn't move for roughly 4 to 5 minutes for each vehicle. This location has been slowly getting worse. But this is, by far, the worst I have ever seen it.
I just waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes just to be told at the order window they close at 8 and can’t take any more orders. It was 7:59. 25 people behind me all got turned away after waiting just as long. This is absolutely crazy.
This Wendy's location was great. Ordered a large order, they got it all correct and even gave my dog a Frosty!
This location has found a clever way to avoid customer complaints about receiving wrong orders: only accept drive-through orders and then close and lock the dining room doors. ?? With the drive through line looping around the building, there was no point in trying to go through again.This is another restaurant I’ve patronized for years, especially before 2020. They are suffering from the same issues as every other business, right now. Customer service and employee wages everywhere are at an all time low while corporate profits continue to soar. Maybe if these corporations start feeling the pinch, maybe they’ll get a clue.
Always busy but the wait was worth it! Food is always good!
Waited 30+ minutes in the middle of the afternoon for 2 fries and cheese sauce. Cheese sauce was congealed and unable to be eaten
Quality not the same as was in years past.. Specifically meaning Customer Service is a hit or miss if you are Greated Appropriately, and Sandwich Buns no longer steamed warmed, most stores not use a Flat Top for Burger Cooking.. (flat top requires some cooking skills..lol; kids today are lacking in that area of skill set.. Burgers are now cooked under Timed devices, and sort of a conveying system..)My Sandwich was Cold, Dry.. No Salt Fries had Salt on them.. bummer..But overall.. Still better then Some others out there..
Came through drive through this morning, ordered breakfast, it was good. The guy taking orders through the drive through was very rude and he mocked my husband repeatedly.Had an attitude when putting in my ketchup and salt in my bag, instead of giving me a couple, he decided to be smart and give half a bag worth of ketchup.Won't be coming back here until they fix this.
