As a GM of a restaurant and in the service industry for 20 years, I am so disappointed.I get it, finding staff in Maine is hard, it’s even harder after COVID. But this is not an excuse. Your managers should be doing more.Yesterday was my sons birthday. My sister in law called and made a reservation for 10 people. She was so excited someone took our reservation! (we had 6 little kids with us)I was surprised we were able to get a reservation on a Friday night during the busy season! We went in and there was zero communication between management and staff and told us there was a 25 minute wait. No record of a reservation anywhere. I wasn’t shocked they said they were very busy, so I started counting open menus, seeing the expo board and seeing only 2 cooks on. I sympathized with the staff. My sister in law was annoyed and so a manager came up to speak to her (kudos) but then I heard the manager say “just because you have a reservation doesn’t necessarily mean we can seat you at that time, that’s how this works. We are busy and can’t get you sat.”Trying my best not to judge I kept quiet. To the MOD wearing a purple shirt last night, actually a reservation means you will be sat and you would be ready for us. However the fact that you were trying to put your teams mental health in a stressful work environment was applaudable. But at the end of the day if you trained your staff and the communication was there you wouldn’t have had them in a stressful environment to begin with. The lack of communication within the staff was awful, staff was annoyed at every table they had, bartender was supposedly busy, I counted 35 people in the entire restaurant, server sections did not seem large. The lack of training the team had, lack of communication, and the fact I did not see the manager helping bus tables or run food but just walk around observing was atrocious. Get it together and help out your team! Our server was so very kind! He did a wonderful job, he was attentive and did his job perfectly. Which is why I am giving the restaurant 3 stars.

We had several different types and sizes of pizza. Everyone in our party enjoyed their particular pizza. I really enjoyed my thin crust pepperoni that's for sure. The food came quick enough and the server was not bad. The restaurant was a bit slow and that's okay with me. We had a nice quiet corner. There were mostly patron at the bar. Bathrooms and restaurant in general were clean. We would recommend this location and will return as well.I will mention we we noticed later we were overcharged on our build your own pizzas. We did call in and the issue was resolved and we were refunded the correction. The issue was handled professionally and promptly.

Pizza is decent. You need to go to Chicago to get "true" Chicago style pizza. Service is horrible. On recent order and our last ever with this restaurant, I stood at host desk without being greeted for over 10 minutes. All this for a pickup order already placed. They were not busy. A manger, server, and bartender looked at me but, said nothing. If you want great pizza and service go to Pine Point Grill in OOB.

Short and sweet: The food is pretty good, and the service is a bit lacking. Dont use the QR code stickers to check out! The kids build your own pizza is great, where they make the pizza at the table and then it gets cooked. The kids always love it.The granular and frustrating: We caught them at a great time where they weren't very busy. We were seated immediately. Our food came out quickly, and was great! Our server became more scarce towards the end of our dining experience, making it hard to get refills, and to settle up so we could leave. I decided to use the QR code glued to the table to pay online using my smartphone, and immediately regretted that decision. First it asked for my phone number, then sent a 4 digit auth-code via SMS. After entering the code, thus confirming absolutely nothing except that I want to leave, a lump-sum bill for just over $36 and change was displayed. Almost simultaneously at this point I was presented with a physical check by the server, for $25 and change. Confused I approached the front counter and spoke to a man(ager???) who seemed to be frantically searching for something. He told me the QR codes don't work and they are trying to figure it out, and as long as I didn't enter in a credit card number I was OK. Frustrating close to an otherwise great experience.

Looked to be understaffed so we were patient and understanding when we waited to be seated, our orders taken for drinks and appetizer, and patiently waited for our food order to be taken and served.Unfortunately the dining area floor was more than dirty.. looked like it hadn't had a good mopping in a while and the Bathroom was equally filthy.Silverware had old food stuck to a few of our sets. Food quality if you could call it that was a 3 out of 10.My sister's salad had a random strawberry in it, my daughter and neice had two different types of pasta in their dish when it was supposed to just be rigatoni. My medium rare steak tips were not only medium rare but well done and medium well. Also they didn't look much like steak tips especially for the 22.00 they were. All around definitely was not worth the money spent and I will never go there again.

The lunch specials are a great value. The salad is generous. The pizza choices are unlimited and the pizza size is quite generous especially for the thin crust. Desserts are excellent although a little pricey. They could easily be split between two people.

Well, if I could give it 0 stars I would. First time coming here, waited about an hour for 2 adult meals and a children's meal. Which is alright, considering the pandemic. However, once it came this is what I got. Dried under the heating lamp for so long the pasta was crunchy, mushrooms dry, spinach dried so long it started to turn brown. Eek. Tried the "creamy pesto" sauce but I'm pretty sure it was just watered down cream. Boyfriends burger wasn't bad, and neither was the spaghetti for his son. However, we won't be back again.

Meal took an hour, im a cook for a restaurant so let me say this. If you do not have the staff to open and do a good job... you need to reduce seating to compensate. That will make the customers who are seated get a better experience and save the ones who haven't from leaving with a bad view of the restaurant.

I am disappointed, the appetizer are good but the entree was very bad, is the first time I ate in Uno but is the last. The broccoli was hard raw, I don’t know If it was bad luck but, it was bad, maybe the restaurants is good and it was a bad day for them, but I’m not going to try it again.Never coming back Sunday Dec, 26 2021
