The worst pretzel I have ever had. Tasted like day old pretzels that's how dry they were. On top of that, it costs $10 for medium bites! What a rip off!
Embarrassingly rude behavior. Hope your day was as pleasant as you are!
Under new management. If you haven’t tried Twisted ever or stopped in since under new management. Please give it a try ?

I love mall pretzels, they're a guilty pleasure of mine. I rarely get a chance to have them so when I ended up at Best Buy to pick something up for work I decided to grab some pretzel bites. The only cheese they had was Nacho (I prefer cream cheese), so I opted for just the bites, which was highway robbery at $9 for a small. What's worse is after eating 3 of the bites, I got insanely sick in my car. Had to pull over to throw up. Felt better once they were out of my system. I don't think I've ever had this happen, but it was not pleasant. So not only did I pay $9 for just bites, but it was $9 for bites that made me throw up... The rest of them ended up in the trash.I think this may have ended my guilty pleasure.
Extremely overpriced. $10 for a little snack? I got the small and paid more than I would for a sandwich. This isn’t a baseball stadium. Be reasonable, please.
There pretzels are to DIE FOR. I love the so much I go there every time i'm at the mall, the bites are awesome! I don't know why there's so many bad reviews it should be 5 stars!
What is the deal with these reviews OMG? They have great pretzels
Large is 11 dollars and put in a drink cup you would find at any frat house.Won't give that kinda of money for that little product.
9/29/20...Ordered a pretzel, cheese sauce, and a drink. Comes out to almost $9. I look at the menu and it says combo with exactly what I ordered is $6.99. I ask the kid behind the counter why did I pay almost $9 when actual cost should be $6.99? (plus tax) and he says you didn't ask for the combo. That's shady business practices likely encouraged by the management. "If they don't ask for the combo, price out individually, and don't let them know about the combo deal" I am willing to bet they tell their employees. It should auto ring up as a combo or the employee should at least mention something like..."hey, if you make that a combo it saves you money" Not only this but after I showed my displeasure with how I was taken, the kid sarcastically says "have a great day!" as if he enjoyed it. It's just a couple dollars so no big deal money wise but it's the principal of the matter. To top things off, the pretzel was literally drenched in grease and was basically inedible. I took a few bites and felt ill. Will never order anything from here again.
