Helpful friendly staff and always delicious coffee.
The drinks are sloppily prepared and they're always unexpectedly closing down, either because of an equipment malfunction or staffing shortage. They're clearly overwhelmed, the orders are slow. But, I don't know what these poor people have to deal with normally, because they were polite and humorous as they prepared our drinks. There were 2 of them.

What a waste 30 for coffees that tasted like they were brewe 2 days before amd left on warmer since. Burnt old overpriced coffee
This location has had to cut hours and the last time we were in on a Saturday they weren't even open. Hopefully things improve once they are able to get some additional help.
Busy but always friendly
Staff are always pleasant. I go to S. Portland Redemption Center every time I need to return bottles. They are the ONLY redemption center I go to.
