Spotty service, they often give you the wrong stuff. Closes really early.

I have just used the drive thru a few times always a friendy person there
I recently experienced terrible customer service at the Mill Creek Starbucks. After waiting in their drive thru for 20 mins and finally pulling up to place my order I was refused service because they had closed at 3:00 and it was 3:01. How was I to know that they were closing at 3:00 in the afternoon? They need to figure out away to stop customers from pulling in their drive thru at a certain time. I am appalled by the lack of basic courtesy to a customer. I will not support this business in the future.
Absolutely love the staff here and using the app you can order ahead, show up, park, run in and it's right there waiting for you. So easy and you don't have to wait in the car line that can get pretty long some days!!

Staff was very friendly and the coffee was decent. There was a bit of a wait due to volume of orders but there was a comfortable area to wait with a couch and chairs and the staff was very efficient getting the orders filled.
